Great green area behind the hotel. Probably a good option if you travel with kids. The sea is not far away, there are a lot of small shops around.
They could not fulfill our request even though we requested a room with one big bed. The staff is Russian-speaking only; please be aware. The food variety can be improved, especially in the fruit zone.

All inclusive food options were quite good. With options to have food basically throughout the whole day and even a sandwich bar at the night. Even at the beach you can get a free drink from the hotel.
We were lucky enough to witness the Brazilian show as entertainment and it was fantastic.
"A la carte" although not actually being that but table d'hôte was quite nice and free once per stay.
The choice of food was mediocre. It seemed like the hotel tried to cheep out on most things possible. The "juices" were quite bad.
The beach was pretty crowded even in October. And the seabed was rocks, so you definitely need sea shoes. There were also little fish that kept biting me in the water.
Except for the Brazilian show, the entertainment was quite dumb. The kept calling you to join, during your meals and just walking around the hotel. But the quality of it is not great. Also in some cases they require you to pay extra, for example to buy bingo tickets.
And scams are everywhere. It's quite expected from Turkey, but when you pay for the hotel, you hope that at least on it's territory, you'd be safe. Not here. They have a couple of completely scammy shops, which sell things of absurdly low quality. How are they right new to your hotel room? no idea.
And the tour guides in the hotel also sell you trips, which just doesn't match the description. They promise you a certain landmark, but you get something completely different.
So if you go there, always watch out for scams.

Location is perfect. It is very green and cosy. The territory is not big enough but it has everything what is needed. The hotel was overcrowded at our stay. We had to hunt down the tables that were inside for lunch and dinner as it was too hot outside. Nevertheless the food was tasty and the staff did their best. People who rest there are mostly from RF, that's why all staff speak mostly Russian and little English. We booked via Booking and got a pleasant surprise- a bottle of wine with Turkish delights.
The sea is nice but you need to go there around 10 minutes along the road under trees or take a shuttle.
Overall the hotel is nice, especially for this money.

I stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time, and it never disappoints.
• The staff: everyone's friendly, hard-working, full of energy and always putting in the effort to make guests happy;
• The hotel territory is huge and looks nice. The 5-10 minute walk to the beach is actually a plus, because the road is nice and fully shadowed by pine trees, so it's pleasant even in the heat of the day;
• The pool/billiards tables are quite well-maintained, we had a lot of fun playing every day;
• Food: once you learn what you like from the assortment, you can guarantee yourself a tasty meal every time;
• Coffee: just a piece of advice: get it at the lobby bar instead of the machines at the restaurant;
• Decent WiFi, enough for remote work;
• Convenient car parking.
• WiFi: while it is fine in rooms, in some of the public areas, such as the restaurant, it's barely working despite good signal strength.
• Food: the hotel is definitely making an attempt to make the food varied and not boring – props for that, and some of the dishes are delicious, but you can't help but notice that some "new" dishes are just disguised leftovers from yesterday, and all in all, for every meal you end up having 1-2 good options to choose from; the "sushi" they made was a blatant disrespect for Japanese cuisine
• Cocktails at the bar: they only serve sweet stuff like "sex on the beach", it would be great to add more classics such as Negroni, Daiquiri/Gimlet.

Breakfast was superb, and would highly recommend the omelette.
I fact all food was excellent, and the restaurant staff friendly.
The facilities in general were excellent, you wanted for nothing. To be honest there wasn't much reason to venture outside the grounds of the complex. Everything you needed was provided, included unlimited beer !
There wasn't much to not like, although if have to be picky the general lack of air-conditioning in the building makes it an oppressively hot place outside of your room, or if you stand in front of one of the mobile AC units.
The lifts were like moving sweat boxes !
Rooms were looking a little tired in places, but generally okay.
The beds were rock hard and just about bearable. Could use more pillows.
Yes the language is primarily Russian, but this wasn't really a problem as my partner is Russian.

Nice shaded alley to the beach. Or alternatively shuttle to the beach. Many locations for drinks and food. The main building in good shape.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery and a park where children can play.
There was a maid on our floor who you had to hang a sign to clean the room in order to enter, otherwise not. She only cleaned the floor once, and in 10 days she was not on the terrace even once.

Great location among the pine forest, a pleasant walk to the beach. Wonderful staff, especially animation team. Lot’s of places to spend time and great for families with kids.
Rooms in Anex building probably need renovation.

Bus to the beach works till 5PM, but 5 PM is time to start swimming!
Bad and super boring beach - no "island" for swimming and diving, nothing.

Beautiful green area comfortably equipped. The beach is nearby, you can walk or take a shuttle. there is a hotel cafe on the beach where you can eat and drink, a lot of sunbeds. A good tent over all the sunbeds. Nearby, you can buy boat trips and water activities.. We went for a yacht trip and were very pleased. The hotel has a wonderful spa center with friendly and attentive staff. We bought a course of massage and we recommend it if you want to get the most out of your vacation.
I would recommend that the hotel pay attention and have in the cafeterias not only regular milk, but also lactose-free or plant-based milk.

I will start with positive: the area inside of hotel is nice and there a swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children as well as slides for children, so overall I think it’s quite good and budget friendly place for families with kids who wants them to be busy and play with others
It’s walkable to the beach or they have transfer car as well. So again it’s good if you have kids and basically you won’t need to think much
The personnel was nice too
The property is very old, outside of rooms it’s dark corridors, dirty floors, scratches on the old painted walls, inside there are stains, old bed which has some plaster protection form scratches and it’s just very old.
The cleaning is almost none existent, when we arrived first day and I walked bare food the floor has already had dirt and sand, so it means it wasn’t washed. The cleaning cleans room in the same order which means if u have a routines and come back from the beach the same time ( and you will have a routine in all in inclusive hotel since there are specific time for food and entertainment) - nothing will be cleaned since u r in the room. We had to literally come with trash bins and ask to change them as well as towels.
The food is also very canteen style, we could eat it, but if u picky eater you won’t be happy, only 2-3 options with meat (which is also Lamb which most of the western people do not even like ), you would think there are good meat in turkey, but you won’t try it in the hotel. There “surprise” food is sushi which do not contain nothing but carrot in it as a replacement of salmon. It’s almost a joke towards a majority of guests. I know everything is much more expensive in Turkey, then may be don’t offer this but something cheaper but actually real.
The beach is clean but very small it’s not like you can expect walking along the water since the beach is separated with other hotels. (Just writing for who expected “Asian style” beaches when there lots of space to walk on the beach.
I am also confused with reviews of the hotel, since when I was preparing I read them and if you check “high score” reviews they look super strange, quote “the best hotel ever”, but then when you go the “low score” you will actually will be able to read the reality (basically things that I wrote about hotel being old and etc). It’s almost confusing such a big difference in reviews

Excellent value for money, staff are amazing. Tamila, a guest relations manager makes this place feel so special, like a second home.
There’s plenty of entertainment during the day, animation / shows are great, Arhan and the team are so good.
SPA facilities are great, I bought a massage package and was very happy with the results.
Definitely going to be back to this hotel
