Fantastic location right on the Port as the name implies! Incredible breakfast. Was upgraded to a suite so a separate room for my daughter which she loved!
The decor/bathroom fittings are dated but if it were upgraded the prices would be a lot more!

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we explained some issues we had with our room. The breakfast is very generous, with fresh pastries and cooked to order eggs, also a nice cheese and veggie plate - and fresh juice!
The hotel is really showing it's age. Some of the beds are as hard as a board, the bathroom was in poor condition with a leaky toilet going on the floor, a shower with black mold in the grout, and a hair dryer mount that was fallen off the wall (being held in place only by the electrical wires...). The rooms below the breakfast kitchen are very noisy in the morning, as they are preparing things (banging, cutting, sliding stuff on the floor). We asked them to move us to a different room after the first night, and the staff were able to accomodate us with a much quieter room on the other side of the building....

Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of the old city, very well located, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the way how it is served (different dishes all the time) will most likely surprise you (in a very good way). The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodated us very comfortably - thank you for that, we really appreciate your service and support with all the questions. The floors have nice and cozy areas where you can stay with a book or just chat over a cup of coffee. We simply loved it and will definitely come back.
Nothing really disturbed us. The hotel seem to be quite old and may require a renovation, but everything is clean and tidy.

We loved this hotel. They gave us a free room upgrade and a warm welcome. Location can't be beaten. We arrived by car and they have a parking space right next to the hotel - note that you must inform them about this and share your plate number upfront, as the old town is closed to transit, so you need a special permit.
Here we enjoyed our favorite breakfast in all of Turkey. You could say it is too much food, actually. But we took some of the pastries for our exploration.
Our one complaint is not exactly related to the hotel, but to the laundry provider they have. We were given an estimated cost for our laundry by the hotel staff but they didn't seem very sure about that, as if this wasn't done frequently, which seems odd.
In the end we were charge twice as much because it was a larger load than anticipated by them. However, they should have informed me before proceeding. It seemed like the provider was a bit shady about this and the hotel shouldn't deal with them or request a well defined price list for clarity. They also accept cash only for this service.

The daily breakfast was so delicious! We looked forward to it each day. the rooms were of decent size, and the location was fantastic. The free parking for our rental car was also very nice, however getting to the hotel in the car could be very tricky due to the masses of pedestrian traffic and very narrow streets. I would only drive your own car if you are very confident driving in challenging conditions. Otherwise a taxi would be a much easier option.
The noise from outside was easily heard through the windows, but this was not a major issue, as in evenings things still quieted down by a reasonable hour. No other issues.

The location is perfect! One minute away from the port and two minutes from the lift that takes you to the Main Street, yet right in the middle of the charming Old Town. The breakfast, though not bufet, is very generous and the team is so friendly and genuine! The young gentleman at the front desk with glasses is very cool and so helpful.
The property could use some refreshing, it has an old building charm but some enhancements in the bathrooms and other touch ups would be welcomed.

Hotel is in an old Ottoman home. Incredible Turkish breakfast. Right in the old port.
Because you are in the port area, you will have to haul your bags about 400 yards to the hotel.
