Location is great — quiet, but 2 minutes from the beach.
Staff is amazing and extremely helpful.
Pool is very beautiful and big.
Spacious room, giant balcony, we spent a lot of time there (partly bcs wifi worked only there :D)
We spent a month there and it was convenient and quite pleasant.
The biggest issue was the internet connection, it worked partly on the balcony (still quite slow), but in the room it didn't work at all.
The furniture is quite worn out and should be replaced, as well as blankets and sheets.
It was quite cold in the night, but we could get extra blankets.
No washing machine or laundry nearby.
AC was not working well: in the bedroom it lived its own life, switching on and off when it felt like it; in the living room at first it was OK but then it started to smell bad. It was not that critical (we were offered to change the room, but we didn't)

It was a good hotel for 1 night in Alanya. We had late check-in at 1 am without any problems. The customer service was good. The Alanya Bus Terminal was in a 5 minutes walking distance.
The AC in our main room was not enough for heating the bedroom during a cold December night.

Beautiful lobby and rooms with a view of Kleopatra beach. Comfy beds and great ac / warmers. A small kitchen with the bare essentials (no salt or pepper.) or
The water was pretty warm, but not hot, in the shower for the second person who showered.

The view and the staff is kind.
Awfully dirty: there were wine sports on the table in the living room, much dust arond and the plates were dirty in the cupboard, we had to wash everything before living in the room.

I liked that it was close to the sea.
The two guys at the front desk were very nice and accommodating.
The receptionist Burcu allowed herself to give information to outsiders. With this action of hers, she created problems for many people. He didn't even ask about the problem. She knows very well what I'm talking about.
There is actually no terrace on the first floor. The road is literally next to you. You jump over the flower and you're on the street.
The sheets were not changed on arrival. There were hairs on them and they smelled. They gave me new ones to change myself after my remark.
The northern rooms are obscenely noisy.
I also don't like something like a tablecloth instead of a sheet, but in many places in Turkey it is like that.

Great location: beach 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes walk Migros supermarket with a large selection of products, for a couple of dollars you can get to the bazaar by taxi.
Special thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff, especially the bar and reception!!!
Nice and clean swimming pool with relaxing atmosphere.

There were not enough dishes and kitchen utensils (sponges and dishwashing detergent, rags for wiping the dining table and work surfaces). We bought them ourselves in Migros.
Very poor floor cleaning.
Old furniture.
The rooms require renovation, without this the hotel will slide down to the level of some nearby ones.
