The location is good. It is on a steep hill with parking easily accessible on side streets. 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
AC did not work during my visit. When mentioned to the staff we were told they would come in 5 mins. 30 minutes later I asked again and they finally came to try and resolve the issue. They tried to fix it but were not able to. When we requested another room they did not give us one. They gave us a fan after some back and forth for one room (as if they were doing us a favor) but it was easily over 32 degrees celsius in the room. 0 concept of customer service here.

I liked the view after a paid room upgrade.
We were given a room on the lowest floor.
There was no hot water in the room. The problem is not weak pressure. There was no hot water at all!
There was an unpleasant smell of moisture in the room, even after it had been aired all night.
The floor was sticky in places. They did not provide slippers or shower accessories.
The room doesn't match the photos at all.
The entrance to the toilet is through a shower room with a wet floor.
There is only one electrical outlet in the bedroom. There was no outlet in the bathroom.
The wifi was really unstable.
The swimming pool was under renovation.
The night guard was unfriendly and rude. No one apologized for the situation or tried to fix it. We asked for another room, but were told that there were no rooms available.
The next night we upgraded our room for money. The more expensive room had a great view.

Very cozy hotel. The room is like your own apartment, a chic spacious balcony. The cats come to the balcony. I had a view to the "I love Alanya". Friendly staff. I had best massage in this hotel from Meri.
In the morning they tried to check out at 8 am. They added 2 bottles of water to my room which I didn't order. But I figured it out and I won't downgrade. I waz only one night, hope will visit this hotel else.

Great location and great staff. Upgraded to a panoramic view room and it was a great decision. Room was very spacious with a fantastic view of the bay and mountain.
Decor a bit dated but confortable.
Excellent value.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

two middle sized swimming pool, minifootball, even it’s hard to climb, its location is great.
There was cockroaches in the bathroom. Hard to find staff at the reception.

The room was neat and clean, as we ordered, with a large terrace. It was very nice to sit on the terrace in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious, the choice was small, but everything that was there suited us. The location of the hotel is very good, a 7-minute walk to Cleopatra Beach.
Internet connection is poor, could be better.

It is a quiet place, the hotel is clean and you can relax. Fantastic view from the suite room. People working there are friendly.
It should be more lights when you walk the steps outside at night.
