The only good thing about the hotel was the staff.
The hotel we came to for our honeymoon turned into a nightmare for us. On the third day of the vacation, I started having a high fever, vomiting, and nausea. Later, my spouse experienced the same symptoms, so we went to the hospital. At first, the emergency room said we had caught a germ from the sea, but when we went back to the hospital again, it turned out to be food poisoning. After checking the reviews, we saw that two other people had experienced the same issues. We also learned that two foreign guests at the hotel had the same symptoms. It’s terrible to risk the health of so many people at a hotel we paid so much for. We will not choose this place again. Unfortunately, the third day of our honeymoon was ruined. Also, we had trouble sleeping on the other days due to the loud noise. Even though we reported it to the reception, no action was taken. This is an establishment to stay away from. You can find much better places for this price.

Everything is perfect and the staff are friendly
The only thing was that me and my wife ate meat at the buffet and it seems not fresh and this cause us pain in our stomach....but everything else was perfect about food...i think they need to change the grill or how they cook it

This hotel exceeded my expectations, starting from the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were wonderful. The food was very delicious, with a varied selection of food that caters to all tastes. I would also like to thank all the hotel staff for their hospitality, which made my stay very happy. I advise everyone to try the hotel’s spa department, which was very wonderful. Special thanks to Maryam and Nisa in the spa department for the massage and wonderful treatment.

More than even I could expect ! ❤️ we stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and came back for new year celebration , hotel improved , food is tasty , program was great ! Sweets are amazing, chef is really does his work well ,

The rooms are very modern, with very comfortable beds and a wide variety of different pillows.
Internet speed was very good.
Breakfast was excellent, and we had a vast selection of bread rolls and pastries.
Also, a wide variety of fruits and salads and during our 9-day stay we never felt bored by the big selection.
We did not use the outdoor pool or beach as we stayed off-season.

Everything except entertainment. Food, cleanliness, quiet when sleeping, beach close by was all excellent.

the room is comfortable, bed is comfy and the restaurant for breakfast is quite comfy too with nice pool view
5-star hotel with the attitude of 2-star hostel. Mr. Yasin in the reception never heard of professional warm welcoming of guests. He was very rude and unprofessional, but he felt very proud of it - probably is the policy of the hotel - if you are not Turkish (cause to all turkish guests receptionists were smiling and were very happy to assist) you will get not even "hello". The hotel itself is a nice place. Business partners both in Cyprus and Turkey advised the hotel, but the staff (!!!) - wow, they picked the most unprofessional staff in Turkey, probably.

I was initially excited to enjoy the hotel’s highly-rated amenities, including its exceptional spa. The waitstaff were efficient, and the reception was helpful, which are positive aspects of the hotel experience.
Unfortunately, my stay was significantly overshadowed by a major issue: food poisoning. On the second day of my stay, I, along with many other guests, suffered from food poisoning after dining at the hotel. This was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s food safety practices. Overall, this issue greatly affected my stay, leading me to rate the hotel 4/10 and making it difficult to recommend.
