We had a nice accomodation in this hotel during our stay in Alanya in September 2024.
From my point of view, the main advantages of this hotel were:
- Cleanliness of the room, linens and shower room.
- Very comfortable bed and sofa.
- Friendly and helpful staff of the hotel.
- Friday Market and Bus station are situated near the Hotel.
- A lot of different shops around the Hotel.
We don't have any flaws during our stay. I can absolutely recommend this hotel for accomodation in Alanya for anyone who like to live in an apartment hotel and able to walk to the beach 1-2 kilometers a day.

Everywhere that we needed to go was within walking distance or a short bus ride from the hotel, the bus station was literally around the corner, so it made travelling very convenient
There was a power outage at the hotel which lasted a few hours but it was quickly resolved and didnt affect our stay too much.

The structure is well positioned close to the beach and city center. Staff friendly and competent. Breakfast tasteful staff in any case supporting any food request. The hotel is desrving the cost.

Nice beds, clean, friendly staff, location is good. It’s ok to stay there for some nights.
Th air conditioning was only in one room in bedroom. We didn’t have another in the living room where other people sleep on sofas. The towels are a bit outdated, one was just torn. There is no parking, but you can find a place around the corner of the building.

Great location few minutes away from the main shopping areas, comfortable rooms
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment - 1 bedroom and 1 living with 2 sofa beds. A/C was only available in the bedroom. Swimming pool closed early and was across the road

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff so friendly can’t wait to go back the Reception staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for myself and my daughter and the food was beautiful…hated leaving

Hotel staff were nice, place was very clean and location was great.
One of the rooms that I booked the toilet seat was broken from the hinges, I reported this on the first day, maintenance guy came on second day, he had a look and went. Nothing was done to fix the toilet seat during the stay. We left the toilet seat on the floor during the whole stay and at the end when it came to checking out, the toilet seat ended up broken, we got charged 30 euros for it for which I am not happy about. If the toilet seat had been fixed in a timely manner or if the toilet seat was not broken from the hinges to begin with we would not of had this problem. I spoke to my family members as we had kids as well and they all said they didn’t do it yet we were blamed for it. I tried to argue my case but got no where with the staff so for peace of mind I paid the 30 euros.

Overall, great stay @ perle apart hotel. Staff were great & helpful at all times. Rooms were cleaned regularly, which was extremely helpful with family of five. The location was perfect as everything I.e beach, food & shopping places were close by. The swimming pool was good. Only was a shame it was across the road, but no hassle when used. Would deffo recommend staying here, & most likely return.
There were no laundry facilities on site, but I found one 3 mins walk away
Breakfast at the hotel if staying self-catering can be expensive (€10 per head) but with great facilities in rooms & shops 1-2 mins away that can be quickly resolved .

We arrived ahead of check-in time, but we were immediately given the key to the room. The location of the hotel is excellent: in the center, the sea is a 7-minute walk away, the beach is sandy but dirty, there are no umbrellas and sun beds. The beds in the room were very comfortable, however, the pillows were terrible as a stone. There was no pot or frying pan in the kitchen. But upon request, everything was brought immediately. We must take into account that there is a mosque very close by, and at 4:30 a.m. they were very loudly announcing prayer, but this did not bother us. There is a market very close by, where vegetables, fruits and sweets are brought on Fridays. Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every other day.
Very bad pillows, we slept without them at all. There are not enough kitchen utensils

+ We really liked the location of the hotel since it’s pretty close to everything.
+ The staff was really helpful.
+ The hotel also had their own dog called Oscar. He was lovely?.
+ We really enjoyed the pool area aswell!
- The bathroom wasn’t as modern as the room was.
- We could hear pretty much everything from outside.
