Restaurant is 10/10; close to the seaside; if you call the technician to solve a problem - it actually happens.
room was small, smell of mold from the bathroom, plaster is falling from the ceiling over the enterance, bad sound insulation and excessive amount of noise after 10:00 pm makes it hard to fall asleep.

The meals were decent - dining room staff were very helpful and friendly.
The reception staff (in particularly one guy) was just awkward at all times - we really had to push him to give us another key for the room so we can leave the AC on as it was very very hot there. Music was way too loud. I didnt like the fact that the person serving alcohol was also serving soft drinks without washing his hands and also the same glasses were used. For all inclusive, why do we need to pay for fresh juice??

It is close to the beach.
This is not an ultra-all-inclusive hotel. I recommend the owner to familiarize himself with the differences between all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. Sunbeds at the pools are few. There's just no room for more. Everything is crumpled and not comfortable. The hotel is between many other hotels and this is stressful. There is no space. From the evening until the morning, loud sounds can be heard from the neighboring establishments. Sleeping is mission impossible. In one of the rooms we rented, the sewage smelled constantly. maids came to spray, but to no avail. The beach is a complete tragedy. Stones and it suddenly becomes deep after 3-4 meters when you enter the sea. I was in Alanya for the first and last time. I'm actually not sure if I'll visit Turkey anymore. There are many things to write, but I stop. We didn't have a good time

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Good variety of food which was available throughout the day and night. Bar open 24 hours! We did enjoy our stay ❤️
The main pool was small for the number of people in the hotel. The pool seemed dirty, so that was disappointing. We ended up in the smaller but quieter pool, which wasn't really what I wanted on my holiday.

Staff are unbelievably friendly, they do their best to meet the needs of their guests.
Check-in, was good
Cleaning staff are thorough.
Wait staff same no issues just ask and they will do their best.
Food variety was good, traditional turkish foods are plenty, meaty foods if you like and vegetarian food is plentiful if that's your preference.
Rarely had issues finding a place by the pool, beach area had plenty or room
This is just a personal preference, less fried foods.
Add figs and apricots as options
Yes I know 1st world problems, while you have the worlds tiniest violin playing.
It's on the pricier side, but I guess peak season what do you expect.

Small pool areas, very busy all the time so hard to get a sun lounger. Certain member of staff was creepy and kept trying to talk to me, made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveller

The staff members were extraordinarily decent and helpful, especially the English-Turkish bloke at the lobby. The property was clean, but overall the place is a bit run down; especially the toilets. But I would definitely recommend it for a few nights
The food was tasty. However, it tends to be repetitive day after day. Maybe adding more variety would be a nice consideration.

Very good hotel. Not a resort.
Staff and facilities were very good. The food was outstanding!!
My only concern was I had to go to front desk and ask them for a room clean. Apparently the manager said that the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Which I've never heard off before. Room cleaning services was very very poor. No towels given untill asked and room only moped with a dry broom.

The hotel is a bit outdated - you can tell it needs some patch work, but overall it's well kept.
It's really close to several bars and it was hard to get enough rest during the night due to loudness.
