There is a charming little boutique hotel that left a wonderful impression on me. I was particularly taken with the interiors, perfectly aligned with my taste: minimalistic, yet effortlessly chic.
As the hotel is still partly under construction, there were a few minor inconveniences, but nothing that overshadowed the overall experience. On the contrary, the team went above and beyond to make up for anything that wasn’t quite perfect, which I truly appreciated.
The breakfast deserves a special mention: simple, yet absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality products.
What stood out most, however, was the service. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay as comfortable as possible.
I will definitely be coming back in June (already booked!)and next time, I’m bringing my family with me.
Thank you to the entire team for your care and hospitality.
Well, construction is going to be over soon I believe.

Returning to the hotel for the second time in the past six months, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Honestly, it’s a rare find for the area. We especially love the intimate size of the hotel and its unique architecture, which gives a subtle Middle Eastern feel, combined with a slightly jungle-like atmosphere around the pool thanks to the lush greenery.
A special thank you goes to the hotel reception, especially manager Murat, and Burak, for making our stay even more special with their friendly and can do attitude! :) The whole team deserves recognition, from the delicious food to the daily room cleaning. Everything is handled with professionalism and warmth.
We’ve stayed in different room types, and this time we chose the sea view room, which we absolutely loved and felt was definitely worth it. For those deciding between side view and sea view, all rooms are equally well furnished and designed. The main difference really comes down to whether you want a direct view of the sea. For us, that was the highlight and something we would very warmly recommend! ?
We really appreciated the small details, the amenities set with toothbrushes, Marvis toothpaste, coffee capsules, and high-quality toiletries from Atelier Rebul. These little touches truly elevate the experience.
The location is another highlight. The area feels very safe and is easy to explore on foot. On one side, there are hilly paths leading towards the castle and the harbor, which are great if you want to stay active or turn it into a bit of a workout. At the same time, the surroundings are calm, with beautiful mountain views overlooking Damlataş Cave and Alanya Castle. The beachfront in front of the hotel, the Damlataş/Cleopatra area, is our favorite and is considered to be best maintained in Alanya. We love the variety of cafés, promenade, parks, paddle and tennis courts just few steps away.
Nothing to bring out, we had an amazing stay!

Good location. I felt in love with room style. Good breakfast. Mostly nice and polite people.
It was a challenge for relatives to come up to my room to see and wait. We had to wait, then negotiate, then leave some documents, then we had only 30 minutes. Not sure what’s big deal here.

There are so many things we loved about this property. First, it’s very modern, clean, and spacious. The sea view and balcony were absolutely amazing to wake up to every day. The staff were very friendly—especially Mehmet, who made our stay flawless and completely carefree.

La Gaia is a wonderful, centrally situated, newly renovated hotel, close to the beautiful Kleopatra beach. While still needing a few last snags in rooms to be fully done (some splashes of rough plaster and such), it is very comfortable, bright and has a wonderful atmosphere throughout. The staff are great, Memet on the front desk is a gentleman and a scholar who is a joy to talk to and can resolve any issue. The restaurant run by Sorjan on the top floor has superb cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed for our New Year's Eve dinner. The cafe downstairs is great, also. Ozgur and Gulseren, two housekeeping staff members who fixed our room daily, are very friendly and efficient at their job. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. The outdoor pool was closed as it is Winter, but Memet mentioned they plan to cover it next year, which would be a great addition.

Lovely trendy boutique hotel! Excellent location in the centre of Alanya, close to the beach and all major sights and bars/restaurants/shops are within easy walking distance. Spacious and modern room (I stayed in the deluxe room with sea view), with a fridge, shower and a huge bathtub. The Arsh restaurant on the roof serves excellent food and has a fantastic view! I would recommend other people to stay here, but not have breakfast here.
-Swimming pool is not heated (i was informed they will install heating in 2026). Not a problem because i had asked in advance. But i would advise to add this to the hotel info
-breakfast experience is really not to the standard of the hotel. Firstly, I expected a buffet breakfast (I saw this used to be the case until recently). The served breakfast was disappointing and limited, but mainly the service was bad and not customer friendly. The first 2 mornings hotel guests had to sit in a back area which was not cozy or welcoming, even though they also serve breakfast in their nice ground floor brasserie with an outside area. When I asked to sit outside, i was told it was not possible for hotel guests... Then, to my surprise, all the following mornings that's where breakfast was served. Very confusing and not logical why this was not allowed the first 2 mornings? I was told breakfast would be served from 8am until 10:30am; twice i arrived at 8am and both times breakfast was not ready until 08:20... Once i arrived at 09:45 and i had to wait 20 minutes before being served. When I finished breakfast and asked for my coffee, i was told it wasn't possible because it was already 10:32. When i asked to speak to the manager about this, it was all of a sudden no problem to still have coffee. And lastly; the restaurant staff should be trained in being more customer friendly and master the English language; there was a waiter who said he spoke no English and couldn't even understand simple words such as bread & milk. I would advise the hotel management to urgently look into this. If they can upgrade the breakfast experience, the hotel stay would be perfect! If not, i would advise guests to book a room without breakfast (there is a very nice breakfast place called Smak, just around the corner).

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service at the hotel. The location is excellent, the view from the room was wonderful, and the furniture and layout were both modern and comfortable. The restaurant and lounge are also extremely nice. I want to thank Mehmet for all his support and excellent service.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with everything brand new.
The hotel had a partnership with the nearby beach, just a short 2-minute walk away.
We were also conveniently close to all the main attractions, the caves and the cable car were only a minute away.
The restaurant and rooftop were fantastic, the food was delicious and absolutely worth it.
The staff were very welcoming and kind, and Irfan was especially helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit in the city.
The hotel has been newly renovated and looks modern and stylish, though a few small details are still a work in progress.
The cleaning during our stay could have been better, we only received new towels and light tidying - but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I liked the atmosphere and the decor of the hotel, it's been through renovations, and they made everything just very good and fascinating.
renovation work is not done yet. but the hotel is already accepting customers, my experience was a bit disappointing, because the room we booked was occupied by other customers and they arranged us for a different room, which is cheaper in value, we booked a side sea view room but got a no view room the first night. our stay was already a short stay (3 nights). moreover, the room was really dirty with dust covering all over the furniture as a result of renovation work. they cleaned the room upon our request and the receptionist promised to talk to the manager as we asked for a refund for not getting the room we booked, BUT apparently it NEVER HAPPENED, and we were not compensated. the other two nights we spent at the room we booked, but opposite to expectation it was not soundproof, we heard the music coming from the bar on the roof until very late hours (2-3 am).
the room was very beautiful and comfortable but missed a safe locker in it :)
another disappointing thing is that the hotel does not provide drinking water to your room daily! the shocking detail was that they only provide drinking water bottle only on check-in day!
we checked out really early in the morning asked if they can provide us with packed breakfast and they answered negatively, and again we did not get any refund or compensation for not getting our room the first night.

Beach was less than 2 minutes Walk and the hotel had a deal with OCCO plague which they provided Lounge chairs and umbrella for free for the hotel guests. Hotel location was excellent and close to Tele cabin that took you up to the Alanya Castel with stunning views of the town. It was also walking distance to Damlataş cave. The hotel roof top restaurant on the 4th floor had the best foods. we ate there 3 nights in a row there. The Baklava was unique and to die for. We met the owner's son (Oguzhan) on the first day of our arrival and he was very well mannered and helpful. He made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. The front desk receptionist, Mehmet, was very attentive.
It is a brand new hotel and just opened in August, therefore there were some little things that still needed to be worked on.
If you are traveling by your own car, just be advised that the property does not have its own parking and you will need to find a parking on the street, which can be hard to find as the hotel is in busy central attraction area,

First of all, the whole staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The location of the property is fantastic—right next to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also an easy and pleasant walk to the harbor area. The bed was cozy, and the bathtub was a great touch. I also appreciated that the air conditioning was much quieter than in many other hotels.
The rooftop bar is a great feature—it's a nice touch to relax with a drink while listening to the DJ's music. However, the bass and certain tunes can be heard in the rooms in the first building, which might be a downside for light sleepers. Additionally, the elevator plays different audios when operating, which are also audible from the rooms. Still, nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn’t block out.
The hotel appears to be partially under renovation or construction. There are still a few areas that need finishing and some missing things in the rooms, but the workers were very polite and mostly unobtrusive.

There are 2 positive things
1-Location is great and nearby everything ( beach , center and cable car )
2-Mr Mehmet : the guy who is usually available at night shifts .. super polite and cooperative person .
1- The internet is terrible.. I used to playing network games on my laptop .. couldn’t play at all with that slow ping .
2-The hotel under renovation .. no lobby , my room still missing some decorations not as shown in photos and the floor made in ugly way .
3-my room at block 4 ( 3rd floor ) and the lift there was on off working . So it was exhausting to go up on stairs .
4-My checkout should be at 12 as I told earlier , so I called the receptionist at the evening before checkout and asked if it’s possible to make it at 13:00 since I am a booking.com user .. he agreed . But next day the girl from reception called me and asked for immediate checkout at 12:00.. I asked her for 20 minutes to pack my things and check the room if I left something and she refused . I packed my things in less than 10 minutes and made check out .
5- the breakfast was limited and you can’t even see a single fruit as whole piece .
