Wonderful
Very nice hotel. Yards and common rooms are decorated with taste, taking into account every detail. The best thing about the hotel was the food. The meals were varied, excellently prepared. Different every day. The staff is very friendly and they all speak english.
The water in the pool did not seem clean, so we did not use the pool. The rooms are modestly furnished.

The hotel lobby is nice as the reception desk personal is very understandable and friendly. The beach facilities are well organized for free, which is wonderful. Thank you very much.
If you have hired a private taxi from the company (Get Transfer), be very careful with the drivers, because they try to blackmail you through the chat system. Call customer service immediately when receding a message from the driver if refuses to pick you up back to Antalya airport. Have a nice stay at the hotel.

we had problem with a waiter, Mevlüt Karakurt. I've ordered one drink from the bar and set with my friend on the terrace. He came and asked if my friend is living in the hotel. I told, not. He said she has to pay a fee for the drink. I said, but I've ordered only one drink and not 2. But he wanted us to pay the extra fee. I think this was not too professional. The whole week with my husband we had only breakfast, not dinner, nor lunch, as we have friends in Alanya and went out together. Our friends offered your hotel not only for us, but a lot of tourists from Hungary earlier! They wouldn't recommend the hotel anymore! I think this guy is not good for the reputation of the hotel!!!!!!!

I liked the room, it was spacious with a big balcony and sea view. The staff was nice, the beach is 5 min walking from the hotel.
Food quality could be improved, but it's quite good for a 3-star Turkish hotel, especially if you take the price in consideration. There were also no beach towels.

The food was good and the beach was near the hotel where the reception staff were very helpful and they gave us some free phone calls to get our pre booked airport shuttle sorted out.
The drinks included in the all inclusive were only available at the hotel not on the beach and I didn’t like the poor list of those drinks.( beer, wines and vodka or raki and a couple of soft drinks ) And I wasn’t really impressed with the room’s cleanliness or how it seemed to be so worn off in the bathroom especially when the shower was not properly draining.

Wonderful
Stylish location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, well prepared at the hotel's kitchen. It gets relatively quiet after 11 pm, which is a great bonus for those coming for rest and relaxation (like me and my elderly parents).

Everything! Such a nice place with incredible kind staff and very delicious foods and drinks! Our apartment was perfect in every way with a very nice view!
The only problem was the weakness of the WiFi, but put down that phone, it worth it:)

It’s cheap overall. The reception staff is super attentive and professional. The food is better than expected, but still doesn’t seem to be ‘all inclusive’. Close to the beach.
The facilities are very old. The bathroom is moldy, the shower is rusty, everything is covered with white plaque from bad water. The air conditioner is dirty inside and seems like it was never cleaned. The towels were changed 0 times and I don’t know actually what was cleaned. Why the cleaner bothers coming if they do nothing? I don’t know. Pay them living wage so they don’t have to work only ‘tips first’. Wi-Fi was unstable. Paid safebox? Really?

The Hotel was good. Nice and clean rooms, more types of what to eat.
In all inc. were not all of the drinks included, drinks with alcohol were only beer and wine. Coctails, orange juice, turkish coffee had to be payed extra. During our stay (5 days) was only one activity at the evening (traditional dancing) and nothing more. The workers mostly didn’t spoke English.

The location was beautiful. The beach was a walk away. Sea view was excellent, just like we imagined. Quite peaceful and pleasant. Not very busy.
Extra bed was a metal fold up bed that kept creaking. We were charged for a normal bed. The cleaner only mopped up our rooms twice in a week. Water bottles were only supplied on the first day. After that, they told us to take our own water cups upstairs, which was a hassle. The toilets were not cleaned properly, and there was a smell in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper when it ran out. They didn't really care.
All inclusive food was not great. No hot chocolate. No milkshake. No ice cream. You had to pay extra. If you check in late, you will not recieve food for the day.
We have been to other hotels where cleaning was done regularly and supplied with toilet paper and soap without asking. It was ver expensive and away from the airport and city centre.
