We had all inclusive and it whas good. Food was quite diverse and good, so you had where to pick from. And we had a small market right next to the hotel if you want to buy some stuff to have in your room (water, juice, fruits etc)
You have 2 swimming pools, one normal and one for kids, with slides. We where late in May, so not to warm the water, but it whas ok.
Local drinks, juices (soda, beer, vodka, and other) are free and unlimited for all inclusive.
And they have daily some events, including for kids also. You just need to install they're app from PlayStore and there you can see what events are daily and at what times.
During the night its quite noisy. Many times after 1 or 2 AM where some loud noises. Cleaning whas not that good in the room. When we arrived all the mirrors where with fingerprints. And the floor whas not verry clean. And the blanket for the double size bed whas quite small for 2 persons. And i mean for me and my 5 years son it whas to small. So definitely to small for 2 adults.
And lastly, you don't have to many things to do around there. Outside on the same street there are some restaurants and bars, souvenir shops, and thats about it. If you want to have more to do you definitely need to go in city center by bus or taxi. By taxi be careful at the price. All of them they are overpricing. Normally its like max 300 TL (lira) one way. But first time they charged 500. Or they can ask even more. A good way its take a buss, or install and use Uber.

It was so fun, pool was nice, food was great, staff were nice too, and they do something every day,
Location was a bit far from the center of town, private beach is bad there are big rocks there, i was bleeding from my toes, sorry not recommend private beach.

Everything. The staff were rude. Communication barrier, barely spoke English. Rooms were so filthy and run down. There was blood stained sheets on the bed and the mattress had stains. The staff did nothing about anything. The shower was not working properly and the towel rail fell off the wall from the top. No air conditioning in the reception area. We had two rooms but only one room had ac. I chose this hotel as your website had good reviews and rated this hotel a 4*. It was no where near a 4*. Food was not nice and variety of choices were limited. Even though we paid for all inclusive we hardly ate there. I truly am not exaggerating with my review, I would never recommend this hotel and would not return there. I will be taking this further as we spent money on a holiday with your recommendation and it was false.

Our stay was amazing. Kids loved it. Everything looked exactly like on the photos. You exceeded my expectations. We will be back.❤️
There were no towels by the pool, and we had to wait for 2 days to get new ones.

Entertainment for the children was really good.
Great night life and local restaurants to choose from.
Local beach was 10mins walk away which was great.
The food was not great and very repetitive. Food were left in the open uncovered and was often attracting flies.
The WiFi kept disconnecting at random points and you have to re enter the password each time.
Television was only in foreign language and no subtitle options were available.
Reception staff did not speak great English and was not attentive when issues relating to the room needed resolving e.g missing air conditioning remote.
Staff in the lobby and kitchen area were very unfriendly.
The hotel said it offered international buffet breakfast but this was not the case.

Robbers never let the cleaners go to your room and lock your door they will steal all your money and if you have gold they will steal the most grams of gold they are stealers. So is Booking.com they charged us extra money for 2 people me and my 10-year-old son but they charged us for 3 people. NEVER USE BOOKING.COM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Staff: rude and arrogant unhelpfull
Manager wouldn't see us everytime we went to reception for her.
Kids entertainers cold towards our two younger ones.
Kids disco repeated songs every night and the same games so boring for them.
Room: broken fridge, took two days for them to come and fix it. Even then it wasnt fixed properly. Blood on pillow bug in the bed cleaner didn't clean properly.
Wrong room and when we asked about It they said we could have one from the other building which was a flight of stairs at each side of a tunnel which isn't fully accessible for my partner when her medical condition fears up are safe for the kids to do them selfs. So had to stick with the one which was one bed less so kids had to top and tail, and room was over the entertainment area so kids were awake till 11 every night.
Food: was reused and not a big choice.
15minutes late for breakfast and it was gone just scrapes
Juices were watered down sometimes and the machine was filthy.
Staff took plates before my child was finished her snack.
Flys found in my coffee.
Pool: floor slippy
Pool water dirty which made my 2 year old poorly who needed to go in to hospital with an infection and a horrible rash.

:We don't drink alchol and when asked if we could have a mock tail instead of the cocktail of the day we were refused.

Staff, Food, Location and water park are beyond the expectation
This hotel is so perfect for family with children between three to fourteen years old. My little children had great time, the water park and shows/entertainment are amazing fabulous.
The staff on the restaurants, canteen and all around the hotel are amazing and hard working kept the place so tidy especially Marry. Overall the staffs deserve all the credits.
Air condition facilities are horrific, customers should not be sweating inside the hotel for heat. During June/July and August Alanya is very hot, this hotel needs proper Air Condition to cool down its customers, mean while there is no AC in the living room as i had a family room. And there is no AC on corridors and lift, everyone wa roasted by heat and humidity. And they do not provide Iron neither iron board, that was my horrible experience ever.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice and friendly. They have good shows in the evening. The pool was also very clean with great slides. The food has great variety and very tasty. Also the all inclusive service is great, you can literally eat or drink anytime. The hotel has a full time nurse so if there is a medical problem,they can help immediately. The kids club and the arcade are also great. The night shift of the waiters, Mary, Lucy and their collages were extremely nice and helpful. ? We totally recommend it for a family with kids.
It's a bit far from Antalya airport. The family room wad a but small for 3 kids together with parents. The kids club is open for shorter times during the day. It would be nice to be able to use it more often especially between 11-15 when the sun is burning. But these are small things, the overall experience was great!

Rooms are spacious and nice. Cleaning is everyday and done good. Aqua park is great. Entertainment for kids- best of the kind, everyday something new and you don't have to pay extra, for example pop corn, cotton candy, trampolines for kids and many more - truly caring for little once to be busy and happy. Free wifi everywhere - good.

1 eur per day for beach towel. Restaurant gets Very crowded at meal times, but if you go a bit later you may not find some food - it doesn't get replenished.
Paid food at the beach bar, but it seemed like usual practice too in other hotels in Alanya around ours. this was not expected, though.
food seemed to be repetitive and we got bored after few days already... but there's supermarket next to the hotel.
free ice cream is more of a fruit juice ice kind, not ice cream, but it's ok for kids, I guess.
