Location is good less than 500m from the beach
There is an additional €3 per night for air conditioner. IlThe rooms were not soo clean, cupboard for clothes looked dirty on the outside.
The linen on the double bed had stains, the one on the single bed looked old and not well maintained, had lint.
The day I checked in the door to balcony was open, cats were coming in and out of the room.
They never cleaned or changed linen when I was there they just came to do the bed..
There was noise of people talking around midnight yet reception didn't talk to them to keep it down.
I think my neighbour were smoking inside the rooms because the corridor was smelling of cigarette the following morning. As a person who doesn't smoke I wish they had rooms for smoking and not mix with people who don't smoke.
The blankets didn't smell so well not sure if they were not properly dried.
The breakfast options? Not so good but I guess its due to the price paid. The bread and egg was soo hard like it was prepared a day before. The utensils look really old.

The breakfast was superb and plenty of food and they gave a different breakfast each day and plenty of tea and coffee all day and night free and bedding changed in room each day very good stay for budget prices
The location was 4kilometers from the town centre and taking the bus there and back each day was added cost on a budget

Good price/value rate: 40 EUR for all inclusive is fine for me. Close to the public beach - and has good connection to the D-400 road to Alanya and Antalya. There is a parking available.
Haven't used most of the facilities besides the bar/self-service restaurant. The Tuborg beer on the tap is quite fine!
Don't expect much for the price: the room is quite small, there are no beach towels provided. The choice of food is minimal as well.
However, there is a single thing I'd like to mention: for some reason I had my room not cleaned up for 3 days - not sure why.

Location quite good. Bus into the city. shops restaurants close by. Good for Gazipasi Airport. Taxi office close by. staff
were helpful. coffee/ self service 24 hrs. close to beach.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Slightly different breakfast every day. Lots of coffee and tea options. Fresh fruit and vegetables every morning. The shower was really good and lots of hot water.
Bed was not so comfortable.

Very friendly staff, great facilities, location close to the beach and good food.
The address on the booking is wrong. The hotel is about 300m further towards the bakery. I wouldn't have found it without the help of a local and I use 3 types of maps.
