Worst Experience Ever! STAY AWAAAAAY!
I feel it is necessary to formally document and share the repeated lack of courtesy and responsibility shown by the management during our stay.
On the night of our check-in, we were informed at reception that the room we had fully booked and paid for in advance was not available. The hotel claimed they had provided us with an upgrade but made it clear that we would need to vacate that room the very next morning.
The following morning, I approached the reception politely and asked if it would be possible to remain in the same room, explaining that packing up everything again with children would be extremely difficult. Instead of any understanding or support, the staff member began yelling and shouting at me, stating that he would not speak to me but only to my husband. When I questioned why we should bear the inconvenience and lose valuable time during our stay, he responded aggressively, threatening that if we did not leave, we would be locked out of the room and thrown out onto the street.
Due to the non-refundable nature of our booking, we had no option but to continue our stay. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The next day, my brother-in-law stepped on a large piece of glass on the hotel’s beach area. Although the hotel claims this is a public beach, the area is clearly associated with the hotel’s facilities and should be maintained for the safety of guests. Despite this serious incident, no member of management offered any support or courtesy. Only a nurse was sent initially, who advised that he go to a hospital at his own expense, which was estimated to cost around $2,000. Given the immediate financial burden, we were forced to seek emergency treatment at a public hospital instead.
Upon returning, when the bandage came off, we requested a basic first aid kit. The hotel staff stated they did not have one available because the nurse had left for the day and refused to offer any help.

The food was good.
The location is OK.
Very bad quality of fruits at the restaurant.
The beach is terrible. It's small, not clean, not enough umbrellas. To get the place on the pier you have to run there at 7a.m. The service is useless: to change your beach towel you have to go to the hotel from the beach, and even this option was available only from 9a.m to 5 p.m . That's why many people just keep their towels for all stay.
The toilets at the beach are always dirty. The showers are old.
Two lifts out of 5 at the hotel were out of order. Always waiting for a long time. My husband was stuck in the lift between two floors one day, but the emergency calls didn't work!

Room , hotel and location
The dishes were repeated and were still cooked in the same way, only they changed the meat. If this is a 5* hotel, I expected shrimps or beef steaks, or typical Turkish dishes such as kebabs, shashlik, etc., at least once per stay. Breakfast would deserve bacon or sausages. I know Turks can't eat the pork, but 90% of the guests were Europeans and we can and we demand it, so think about it ?
But the opposite was true, it was generally weak.
The service was not very friendly, it almost felt like they were angry when I went to the bar. The mistake of a little smile and politeness. Courtesy was given there only to Russian clients. It is a big disappointment that other nationalities were not as honored by the hotel as Russians. Few understood English, but the Russian language was like their native language for them. I didn't like it. The program was boring and not every day, I also expected foam party in the pool, because that's how it was presented in the hotel's promo video, but it's all just fiction. The air conditioning was not turned on everywhere, e.g. in the night bar in the basement it was as hot as in a sauna and you couldn't even drink because you were sweating in a moment. Simply, a 5* hotel should look a little different. I have traveled to many countries, so I can compare what is standard and what is not.

it’s good but the rooms were not clean and some members of the staff were rude.
All-inclusive concept was not really all-uncle at all. outside the meal times the snacks bar was terrible.
Sunday everything was closed yet we were charged the same rate as the busy Saturday!

very close to the beach , and we had a family room with sea view and it was amazing.
the food is very repeatative and not very good.. last day of our stay the dinner was good.
kids world room is old , kids got bored ..
we didn't get towel cards at check in and when we asked for them later they said the spa is closed and you can't get towels.. we were heading to the beach at that time..
