This is beside Vatan Hotel on the 13F. Sadbarg the receptionist arranged free pickup from airport and with a fee when flying out. Room was clean and big. Bathroom was spotless clean. And Sadbarg gave water for the 5nights I stayed. Winter off season, so heating works good both bathroom and living room and has AC too. You can use washing and also iron. it has everything like microwave and kitchen utensils. Very artsy interiors. Had the chance to talk to the lovely Sayora who prepared the sumptuous breakfast. Cooked eggs by request and will assist you. I love most especially the breakfast with a view. Felt like hearty warm meals at home. Also talked to Mosrur the other receptionist & the owner of this apartment. It is walking distance to nearby attractions like Ismail Somoni statue. Sadbarg can arrange taxi for tours too. Room was extra big with 2 mini chairs & tables. Cable TV channel 234 is the only English but enjoyed it. Wifi is good as well. Across the park it has many Korean food stalls. All of them were very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was excellent, my room was super clean, each and every thing were new and perfect. it was close to the touristic areas. If I want to visit Dushanbe, for sure I'll choose Sunrise. Thank you.

The property is very clean and huge. It’s very near to all restaurants and cafes and to the city center and well-known landmarks in Dushanbe. Everything is walking distance.
The only thing I didn’t like is there’s no charging ports near the bed so you have to charge your mobile in the bathroom. Hence, this is just something that can be improved. But overall, I love the people and the place, you will feel like you’re home.

The location is situated near restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s also walking distance from all the well-known landmarks in Dushanbe.
There’s no ports for charging mobile near the bed so you have to charge inside the bathroom. This is just a simple matter that something to be improved. Hence, i love the place and the staffs.

Loved the people working at the hotel, from the receptionists to the cleaners and the kitchen chef, everybody is at your service, with a friendly attitude. The hotel, same as the country, is extremely safe. I could leave my valuables in the common hall and nobody would dare to touch anything.

Clean, modern facilities , has microwave and washing machine in my room. Delicious , bountiful breakfast, helpful owner and staff. Free one way airport pick up.
No daily cleaning, though they readily provided items as requested such as clean towels and toilet paper.

Excellent location, off the street, so a bit quieter, but still close to Rudaki and access to the main tourist attractions. The breakfast selection was marvelous, including fruit, juice, cereal, good coffee, breads, freshly made waffles and eggs to order.
Some earlier reviewers noted problems with locating the entrance; that has been corrected. There is a Sunrise sign over the entrance just to the left of the Hotel Vatan lobby doors.
The hotel itself is on the 13th floor, and the elevator and front door require a chip, so be sure to let them know your arrival time. Call (possibly repeatedly) as you are arriving so someone will come down to collect you.
All that having been accomplished, the rooms, bed, breakfast and staff are great. They also provided the letter needed for OVIR registration, a great benefit.
The coffee machine was too complex for pre-caffein me, but the breakfast attendant got it sorted.

Room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent for apartment case. Location is not very far from main tourist sites. Most of all, they provide free transfer airport when we check out. wonderful. I love the most.

The room is spacious, the location is great, the breakfast is simple and delightful, but most importantly, the staff is fantastic. Every team member I interacted with - front desk, chef, housekeeping - was so pleasant. Ehrom, who works reception was also really helpful in securing day tours for me.
Some little facilities can be updated, e.g. the bath mats, the toilet, but overall it was such a comfortable place that I extended my stay 4 extra nights. There could also be signage on the outside, I had a little bit of difficulty finding it at first, just make sure you message before you arrive and they’ll come down to meet you.

Excellent friendly hosts who offered me a choice of larger available rooms for a free upgrade. The area is very nice with a few good restaurants nearby.
I had mentioned that I preferred not to have Tajik Somoni when I fly out of Dushanbe so they went out of their way to find 8 USD bills so they don’t have to give me change in Somoni. The final surprise was that they walked me to the taxi they’d ordered for me and paid the driver without telling me. I was speechless when I found out at the airport.
My mattress was relatively firm which I like but it may not be to everyone’s preference.

I stayed at this hotel twice (a total of 4 nights), and for my next visit to Dushanbe, I’ll choose Sunrise again without a second of hesitation!
The team is absolutely lovely—both the reception staff and the lady who prepares breakfast are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I arrived, they had arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the airport. Later, Asad even accompanied me to buy a SIM card.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The homemade breakfasts are generous and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect—right next to Cyrus the Great Park and the Opera House, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
In short, if you're coming to Dushanbe, I highly recommend Sunrise Apartments. The team will truly make you feel at home. A big thank you to everyone!
Note: Sunrise is located in the building just to the left of Hotel Vatan. Upon arrival, you can send a message via WhatsApp to the team so someone can come down to meet you, or ask the reception at Hotel Vatan to notify them.
