Our stay at Sarvar was generally okay. The rooms are big and equipped with AC. It is located in the city center of Dushanbe. The breakfast is included and very good, with variety of meals. The staff is very helpful and caring, they are pretty much available all the time. The transfer service is very helpful as well, especially if the flight arrives at night.
