The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which feels a bit secluded at first, but it’s actually within walking distance to the main road where most of the shops are. The breakfast was basic but reasonable for the price, so overall it offered decent value for money.
I booked the room with my friend and chose a double bed as it was the cheaper option during my search. The receptionist asked for confirmation, mentioning that this room type is usually for husband and wife. However, after a brief explanation, he allowed us to check in without further issues.

My room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was also a very good value for the money.
They should put a sign at the entrance so that it is easier to find.

The room was clean and had what we needed for a quick stay. The location is great, you can walk everywhere if you need to. Cheap laundry service. OK breakfast, but with the same things everyday. Nice terrace on the last floor.
The mattress moved on the bed frame and made noises when you sat on it. The internet did not work at all.

I have stayed at the new building and it was super clean and comfortable. The towels, bed were crispy white and clean and wi-fi was available everywhere - all like in a hotel. I didn't have a chance to go for a breakfast due to workload, but suppose it was also nice.

When I arrived at 4am there were no body at the reception till 4:30, then came the responsible and said sorry there is no room available , he said I cancelled the reservation but I never did, I had to go some place else , being dead tired at this hour of the day

The staff were kind and they clean outdoor everyday. The towels were clean and the facilities were acceptable. It was near the popular street and traditional restaurant with really delicious food was near.
The room was really small and wasn't clean specially bathroom. There were stain all over the bedding. Last days of our stay there was literally nothing to eat in the breakfasts table and the manager of hostel was rude.

clean, comfortable and quiet hotel which was really nice. good shower and toilet. western quality. staff was friendly.
only downside is the wifi doesn't work well. very very slow and often doesn't work. should consider upgrading. the hostel nearby has much better wifi but isn't as clean or comfortable

The house is so nice, the bedroom and bathroom so big and comfortable. The beds were so soft, the best sleep after the Pamir Highway!!! There was always coffee or tea available in the coffee room. There was a huge common living room with nice couches and sofas to relax. They did our laundry (tons of dirty clothes after Pamir also) very cheap!
And it was no so close to the center but a good walk was OK, or we used yandex which is so cheap.
