I think it’s overall location was the most perfect thing being centrally located and close to everything. Also the staff was very courteous and good too. I would definitely mention Ms Dilnoza in the morning breakfast time. Her courtesy and care for all her guests is really great.
I have lived in many Serena before and this one definitely was below par if you compare it to serena standards. This includes overall being on top of services, efficiency and availability along with in room quality of stuff. Such as washrooms definitely are aging in this hotel.

This hotel is a complete disappointment. I booked three nights for $572, but upon arrival they charged me $622, adding “tourism fees” that were never disclosed on Booking.com. This feels misleading and dishonest. On top of that, the room was furnished with old, uncomfortable furniture that is not worth even $50 per night. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone

I had a wonderful stay at Serena Dushanbe. This was my third time visiting, and once again the overall experience was excellent. The reception staff truly stand out, the ladies and team at the front desk and restaurant are always helpful, kind, and attentive to every request. The cleaners also do an outstanding job, and I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness.
Overall, Serena Dushanbe offers a wonderful stay with outstanding staff, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I´m leaving the feedback on behalf of my mum.
It´s the third time in a row she has chosen to stay at ´Serena´ for New Year holidays.
Actually, we all love the place. The staff is nice and kind, the room is spacious and cosy. The hotel is close to lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as the Opera and Ballet theatre.
