Large room and location.
I didn't like the breakfast. For USD 174 breakfast should be better. Therefore was literally no edible food.
The furniture is old and scratched. Carpet was strangely folded in the middle as if someone was tearing it under the bad.

The location is very good.
Please change the carpets, the curtains. They are not clean, they are overused. The quality of breakfast should be increased to 5 star levl. Same applies for your top level facilities. Without a restaurant and a swimming facility the hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star accomodation.

I booked a room for my mom. It's been her second stay at 'Serena Dushanbe' since last year. We visited her there, of course. A great hotel, a spacious and cosy room, a wonderful staff and amazing location. Hope to be able to book a room next year.

Very friendly staff . Big and comfortable rooms with colorful Tajikistan touch . Close to the center & airport . There are many restaurants around .
The rooms needs some refreshment and the bathroom renovation . The door is not well isolated and you can hear all noise from the corridor . Air-conditioner is loud .

Good location, nice staff
Old facilities with dirty and ripped curtains, broken showers and lights. Poor breakfast. Pool did not work in November, Howe it was not mentioned, that pool is seasonal. There are hotels providing better service but third time cheaper.

Good location. The hotel is bit old and some renovation to be done. Flat screen LED TV with screen cast to be made available.
The comfort level of the rooms and the amenities can be modified.

The hotel was conveniently located for Samani Monument and the archaeological museum, which was really worth a visit. There were some restaurants/cafes across Rudaki Avenue from the hotel. To our surprise, pizzas were quite popular here. The hotel, though a little bit old, was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good and delicious. There was a bank inside the hotel and really convenient for currency exchange.
