Wonderful
Really nice staff, allowed us to check-in super late. Clean dorms and comfy beds.
Lockers didn't have keys, we were only given one for the dorm door.

Very kozy, pleasant and authentic accomodation close to the Bus station.
Very low ceiling leading to toilets. The passage led to them through a room where other guests were sleeping

Considering that we arrived at 2 a.m., we arranged transportation from the airport with the accommodation. Although the transport was confirmed, no one was waiting for us at the airport.

- CLEANLINESS : not really clean (kitchen, ...)
- BATHROOM (shared room): access, no sink, very small, water everywhere
- SHARED ROOM : 4 beds announced on-line but it can be 6 beds in 6m2 (my case), no window
- BREAKFAST : no comment

Luxury room was more than fine, location was nice and super close to bus station. Breakfast quantity was also ok
Guy at reception when I arrive told me the room was booked from another person paying more than me, he asked me to pay more than my booking reservation in order to keep it...when we arrived tired at 7pm after visiting the city we didn't have warm or cold water at all,no even for toilet, it took 3 hours to solve it. They don't speak a single word in English, using Google translator in each sentence

Wonderful
The owner and the lady who does all the work and makes breakfast are really lovely. The boss speaks ok English. She is very helpful. This place is right near the bus station. It's a hostel and forfills the criteria.Breakfast was nice.. certainly value for what you pay.
Not really anything to dislike. ....it's a basic hostel .

This hostel was right for the money, the new beds were more comfortable and the location is quite far but if you take a bus from there it won't be too difficult, it will take you to the center in just 3 somans. The receptionist lady is very friendly. Overall It was good and cooperative.

The hostel was kept clean and the staff were friendly.
The bathroom was very badly designed so that the floor was always wet. More than one bathroom was needed for the number of people there. The 4 bed room was basically a corridor to the bathroom. The doorbell was loud late into the night and the staff were making noise outside the room early in the morning. The location is not good even though it seems central. My room didn't have air con, just a fan. The beds are lower than in most hostels, so I kept hitting my head on the top bunk. The beds are uncomfy to sit in and there's very little communal seating.

Staff was great! Helpful in every way :) The room was spacious and there's free breakfast.
There were some hiccups on the day of the booking. According to them, the one I reserved was fully booked. So if I want to go, then there's additional cost involved.... which is ????
But I was given a room, but no aircon / or fan and at first it was okay but I couldn't sleep because it's so hot. Then again, staff, Rahmatullo helped me out again to just sleep in

Staff helped us book taxis when required
Inaccurate listing. We chose this place because it was the cheapest twin room option with air conditioning (listing says USD$15). Upon arrival, we were told by the reception staff AC was not working for the room we booked and was pushed to take another room that costs USD$19. Its a huge difference for us when we were budget-traveling. After a long and tiring journey from Uzbekistan, we just accepted the counter offer. Over the next 4 days of our stay we observed the reception staff had been sleeping in the same room wed originally booked for and that hed advised us against taking up we are totally fine with the staff resting up in a room thats not fully functioning for guests but it is unethical to keep it available on the listings, only for us to have to upgrade upon arrival. We could have stayed elsewhere for that price.
We were planning to travel to Wakhan Valley and was enquiring the staff on where we could go to find shared taxis to Khorog. Staff just simply told us he didnt know, and said he would get back to us after checking with his boss never came back to us.
