Room not well maintained. Quite old. Difficult to get around
Checking in was quite messy. Got asked if I would spare my 90 mins to join and seminar on Wyndham promoting program to get a free voucher. Who would want to spend the time during their vacation on those kind of seminar.? Got charged a shuttle bus for a trip at 12:00 pm on the first day of our stay while the check in time was 14:00..Luckily we checked and told the staff we didnt take a shuttle bus since we were not checked in yet and even not arrived at the hotel by the time

Charging for ride into Patong as English peoole twice what the charges were advertised at and twice what they charged the usa guests. Bathroom was not nice.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the wonderful and welcoming staff. From the staff at Latitude 98 to the checkout area at villa lobby, all of them were great and welcoming!
First of all, we booked a deluxe king room in wyndham kalim bay based on the brand but unfortunately we got to know at check in that this hotel and services have been franchised to Parisson or something like that named company. We were provided a room in the B tower, where to our surprise, the building and majority of rooms were still under construction. The sheer volume of noise of construction going on and dust and uncomfortable beds was disappointing to say the very least. They should have informed prior to check in that this is not wyndham but a franchise hotel. And if few towers are under construction, why are they providing rooms in that tower, knowing that it is not in a livable environment. Really disappointed with the hotel (excluding staff)!

My stay at this resort was very nice! The hotel consists of villas and it's not your typical resort. Everyone is doing their own thing, which means we didn't really find ourselves seeing a lot of people at the common areas (by the pool, bar etc.) except at breakfast where we did see a lot of people. I would recommend this hotel to mostly couples for a nice quiet relaxing stay. To get to anywhere around the resort you have to take a complimentary car that the hotel facilitates for their guest and the drivers were always so nice and always with a smile on their face. The cars were usually pretty fast at coming to pick you up.. I think the most I waited was perhaps 5-10 minutes which to me is not at all bad. The breakfast buffet was also delish! We went to the common pool one day and the server there "Add" was very nice! We ate lunch and dinner a few times at their restaurant "Latitude" and the ladies there were also very lovely! I should also add that the resort has breathtaking views! Overall, a great stay and I would come back!
I didn't like that our pool in our villa didn't necessarily have a "view". We booked the suite with a pool and a "view" but there was no view. The only view we had was the doors to the villas across from us. So, if you're looking for a room with an actually view, I suggest you book a suite with "Ocean View" to ensure you have a view.

This was my second stay here after 6 years. Nothing has changed, it is the best as it was. The whole resort is beautiful. We booked a room with pool and ocean view. The room is big, luxurious and beautiful. The pool is big and view is amazing. Its also very clean. Staff is very friendly and caring. Breakfast is delicious and with a lot of kinds of food.

Amazing resort with an amazing view. Room with pool was amazing. enjoyed every bit.
Breakfast menu was good.
For vegetarians, you will find only spring rolls, pizza, and fries in the hotel. and a bit away from everything.
