Beach Front, White Sand, Stunning Sunset, 2 nice pools. Lovely Staff, Nice food, Beautiful environment, We stayed in Jr Suite with Jacuzzi Pool, the pool is 3m x 5m, the Jacuzzi is super strong, and to my surprise, the pool is a HEATED POOL, you can adjust the temperature to your liking, and is easy to operate. I set it to cooler before we sleep and in the day time, We can enjoy the cold water, and set the temperature higher after our afternoon dip, so at night, we can have a Hot Bath / Spa before we sleep.

The beach was stunning and the views too we loved the staff and enjoyed our stay but there r a few things we had complains. Not enough restaurants just one so the food was very limited choices. Also no kids club there should be a kids club for kids. The hotel isnt kept very clean or maintained out toilet had many issues. Over all we loved our stay but it could improve a lot more.
The ride to and from the hotel is very very rough and not easy for families with kids

This is our second visit to the island. The hotel is beautiful in all respects. The cleanliness, attention, reception, and the staff are very kind and polite. It was a very enjoyable stay at paradise .. And I will visit the place for the third time for sure . but be sure to book from Delivery from the hotel itself, as I booked from a travel agency, and they would charge us more 600 baht for the bags, and on the return we had to continue with the trip for 3 hours, and they refused to return us without . And when we arrived at the port, they said that there was no place on the bus for bags and the 1st bus left the port .. Their treatment was very bad .. the agency called ( the raya princess ) ,, dont book any trip from them
I was very disturbed by the visit of tourist trips to the place and the inconvenience they cause, since I visited the place years ago and the overcrowding was not like this .. We came to the hotel asking for privacy and quiet. I hope you will reconsider this issue

Transport to the island was very well organised. The small island is about 30 mins by speedboat.
The staff and service were exceptional tgrougoutour our stay. The room we had was spacious and beautifully designed with aircon available as needed. The facilities nd food were amazing and the lsland itself was stunning. The beach is clean witb fine white sand and turquoise water.with big waves and a stunning, sunset view.
The resort is helping to restore coral reefs and we has a great snorkeling experience which was through an organised trip on the other side of the island.
The food prices are high and service and tax are all added to the prices.
Other than that, it was a perfect.

We got upgraded to a pool villa and it was stunning! We even have a separate living room! The kid never get out of the pool and he just want to stay there forever. My 5 year old boy even cried when he finds out that we were leaving the next day. The beach is just outside the front door so it cant be easier to surf at the sea. The wave was fierce though, and we lost two pairs of sun glasses + a snorkel in the wave. It was fun surfing though. We dropped our plan of snorkeling and stayed in the villa most of the time during our two days but it was totally worth it. Will definitely come back again.

Room was excellent. Beach was outstanding. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Beach gets crowded sometimes with day trippers, but hotel grounds are secured for hotel guests only.

Adult infinity pool was great. Beach was well maintained and the ocean was crystal clear. A must do, the morning guided island walk. Well worth it. The staff are so professional and really are helpful.
Power outages. some villa rooms are connected to the eco solar power. Ours? Was not! Total power loss for almost 20 hours and with no air conditioning.not a nice experience, but was informed that this was not a common occurrence. The activities offered are expensive, but to be expected in a 5 star resort.

location is very good, but the beach is polluted with plastic. I know that is common issue in Thailand (and the rest of the word) but I believe that the hotel must invest resources into keeping the beach clean - which is their main attraction
the people was nice, but I could clearly see that they were overloaded, they look tired. I had the feeling like they were missing staff.
the infrastructure needs more maintenance for a 5 star hotel.
