Location, and cafe
No air in room and air conditioner opening only from 6 pm to 8 pm, not breathable in room without windows and any ventilation systems. It is very uncomfortable. And cash deposit for keys, I want to pay everything with card.

Everything was nice, staff were great, it's a nice hostel and clean one, located in the heart of Phuket old town except that the room was has street view and no Double glazed window! So we were literately sleeping in the street!?

Wonderful
All of the staff made me feel very welcome. Felt like a rockstar every time I entered the place and being welcomed by everyone with a friendly smile. They explain everything really well and offer tickets as well as tours and you can ask them anything. Especially Ploy and San and BM were super helpful and warm hearted? (the others also but I didn’t ask for all of their names)
If you are sensitive to traffic noises like me you should bring earplugs to rest peacefully.

The location is really close to the street with beautiful architecture. Room and bathroom were clean
Too much noise coming from the street, cars and loud music from cafe and shops. The windows are old wooden ones and closing them makes no difference. No hangers/place to put your towel and soap in the bathroom

Good location but very loud. The staff was helpful and friendly.
This place is not good at all! The whole place has an awful sewage smell. The water in the shower only worked for 2 minutes before it ran out. My bed was like concrete and the floors were really dirty. The whole bathroom has mold and is very unclean with no toilet paper in the stalls. They wouldn’t give us towels without paying extra. We stayed in a private room, I can’t imagine how much the hostel beds sucked in comparison.

Wonderful
I loved that it was situated right on the street of the weekend market. I found the room clean, there were curtains and big lockers. The staff were super friendly as well.
There is only one bathroom on the floor which is open and mixed (no girls only bathroom) and the showers didn’t look very clean. It gets hot during the day because they only turn on the ac in the night.

Smiling and welcoming staff is this hostel's best asset. Central location. Affordable price (but it still doesnt compensate for the shortcomings, as there are cheaper hostels in Phuket providing more).
I have stayed in a dozen of hostels in Phuket, and this one felt most overrated. I was happy to leave after one night to another place (normally, i would extend), without ever even using the unappealing bathroom for instance. No toilet paper was provided, and they charge 30 baht for towel rental. These are not the only negative comparisons to what other Phuket hostels provide as standard - this one has the earliest checkout (11, while others have 12), they take 200 baht for a key deposit, they have the shortest AC time (from 7 pm to 9 am), they dont offer water refill, or real common area (besides the overpriced bar on the ground level). In rooms, privacy curtains cover only a half of the bed - what is their point? Bed cover is bare, not dressed in any washable material, so i honestly wondered whether that even gets changed between guests.

Nice hostel above an excellent cafe. Great location right in the center of old town
The A/C in the rooms is turned off during the day, so you can really relax in the middle of the day. Only option are the chairs in the cafe. Not a big deal if you're out doing activities midday, but it gets super hot if you're just laying low

Location was good. A/c was working well. Bed was ok
They have only 2 very small toilets in each floor without any ventilator. Toilet was very stinky..tap broken, bathroom dirty clogged. They do not allow shoes not even slippers. Imagine walking in to the dirty toilets without slipper ?. No hangers for drying cloth. No refill water ..no microwave..these are very basics in other hostels. Air conditioner will b switched off till 6pm even in summer days

Only location was good
No towels, no tissue paper or hanger inside toilet. Only 2 toilet for entire floor. Tap in sync broken. No hanger, no refill water, no microwave, no breakfast, no ac till 6pm..Hand soap poor quality. Bathroom not enough hanger . Curtains too small..covers only half of the bed..Hence no privacy and other roommates can see you..Sleepers not allowed even for bathroom. No changing room for clothes. They charge additional 200tbh( refundable) for the food key

1. The location is great with restaurants around, although it takes around 15 mins of walk to convenience stores. 2. Good location for a short stay. 3. The staff are nice and friendly.
1. It's a bit loud on the road, you can hear cars' noise. 2. The room is very small. 3. There's the rule of no eating in the room while there's almost no public space, it's a bit inconvenient to eat if you bring any food or drink back.
