Above all, the staff outperformed our expectationsvery welcoming and amicable staff. Great hospitality which makes you feel like youre home away from home. The staff went above and beyond for our comfort.
Big shout out to all staff from entertainment teamwho spent time catering to our recreational activities which has made our stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. Special thanks especially to Yuhan who went above and beyond bringing us on a biking tour around the quaint village
Conciergecheck in/out was seamless with your luggage all well taken care of. Very attentive to guests needs. Buggy service was always readily available for guests given the resort is HUGE.
F&Bvery extensive buffet breakfast options with daily new variations to food. Highlights would be make your own noodle soup and make your own juice bar. Good variety of options for those with dietary requirements (GF, veg). There were three restaurants to choose from and one sunset bar with great views. Food was absolutely deliciouschef nails international food as well.
Spa service is amazing with top quality masseuse/masseurs. We felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after our massage.
Last but not least, excellent SECLUDED location for a serene getaway, however VERY accessible to mainland Phuket. Well suited for families, couples and friends. Absolutely stunning, secluded beachfront with kayaks and SUPs available to guest with no extra charge. Recommend kayaking to the mangrove forest (you can definitely go there without a guided tour if youre confident with kayaks).
Complimentary shuttle speedboat from Phuket mainland back to the resort could be more flexible with running a later service i.e. does not need to be as frequent as during daytime, perhaps a single late service would be great for those who wishes to visit the multitude of Phuket night markets. Although this wasnt an issue for us as the comfort of the resort negates the need to explore outside of the island during our short trip there.

The privacy is what I seed for this trip. I stay at Garden Villa, which gives the privacy I need. All facilities in the room are nice and adequate.
The breakfast buffet is same everyday. I wish for more variety and different menu on each day, not same menus repeating.

The island and the hotel area are amazing. The pool is great and the staff are amazing people!
Value for money is not high, I understand the nature vibes, but expected more clean and better maintenance of the room facilities (we've been in the villa)
Moreover the food & drinks are expensive, while quality is good, so again - value for money is low.

Location top. personal priceless and lovely. breakfast is the best. sunset ceremony is very cool.
Garden in villa need a little bit maintenance. Thai food sometime too little salty for thai people.

Nice and helpful staff, good food, nice environment and facilities. We have also enjoyed a lot the proposed tour on Phi Phi Islands. Naka island is in a remote location on a private island so there are many animals around the hotel so take it into consideration if youre not animal friendly

Simply everything. The staff made our stay even more special especially (yohan, bao, chenaz, hasan, krit or kris, and the lady that dropped us to the boat during checkout). The Thai restaurant and My grill were both amazing and we loved their staff. The villa was so comfortable and perfect for a getaway. The kayak facility was excellent. The free ice cream was delicious. The check in and check out staff and process was very smooth. The golf cart service was always available and helpful. The breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. And i loved the fact that they gave us a stuffed toy for my baby girl even though she was not with us, it made us feel very special. And we cant wait to visit you again.

Its not that we didnt like it but could be improved. The gym needed more equipment. The dressing room was a bit hot for my wife to get ready because there is no AC in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom.

evrything was perfect- breakfast, amazing accomodation, beautiful resort, daily activity program (joga, pilates, coffee workshop, sunset ceremony, cooking demonstration,...), very friendly and helpfull staff, three different restaurant with tasty food
