Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely pool, bottles of water provided every day, and very clean facilities. Easy check-in and check out process too.
The beds are very firm so my wife didn't sleep well but this is to be expected in Thailand. I personaly found the bed fine.

Good basic room, clean and large fridge which was good. Very nice and helpful staff. Good pool and pool area. The restaurant is very nice, really good food and quick service. Nice outside rack to dry your training stuff. Lots of fresh towels provided daily
The room needed some repair but they were carrying out maintenance in other rooms so mine was probably next - tower rack for example. The loungers in the pool access rooms are not good, you can't adjust the seat so you can't read properly. Thin walls, but that's everywhere I suppose - there were noisy people next door who thought banging about at 5:30am and using the pool before 7am was ok and it would have been nice for the hotel staff to ask them not to wake everyone up
