Stayed in the one bedroom villa. The view is amazing and its peaceful and quiet. The room is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Ordered the breakfast for the room it was nice. The service was good.
Food is not so good. Its very far up the mountain. you need the staff to take you every time down to the lobby. Would expect for the breakfast to be served in the room because of the long distance from the restaurant.

Huge room with a bath on the balcony within easy 5 min walk of the beautiful Nai Harn beach, where there's a good selection of bars and restaurants. There's a bus to Nai Harn beach, but we didn't use it. Other, even better beaches are a 15 minute walk away, or a short cab ride. Nai Harn town is a 15 minute walk where there are lots more bars and restaurants. Hotel is set in lovely green surroundings high on the hill, with views over the Nai Harn area. Breakfast is great and massively varied, with nice tables overlooking the jungle-clad hills.
The size of the hotel. There's a buggy up to the rooms at the back! And a little tired considering its 5 star rating. Very much package deal central rather than authentic Thai experience. Also the view from the room, which overlooked the roofs of the rooms below. We stayed in one of the better rooms, but it looked like some of the smaller rooms had better views!

Absolutely adorable place for stay. Like a hidden gem in Nai Harn. The pools are fun and you can easily spend whole day with kids next to the pool being in shadow at the same time.

The hotel is well located in proximity to the beach
The hotel is literally on the side of a mountain. It's exceptionally steep, and walking up to your room, even for someone who is fit, is quite the workout. The property does provide a buggy service. Beds are huge but rock hard.

The staff were so friendly and helpful
Its very tired and needs a refurbishment of the whole property. Bedrooms are dated and shabby. The whole building needs repainting and modernising. We complained about our 1st room and they moved us to another room which was much nicer.

Disappointing
Swimming pools are all good. Staffs are very kind. Foods are mostly delicious and well served.
Bathroom thunder noisy! Whenever flushing the toilet makes amazing sounds connecting to the all the tabs.
However, the worst thing was the noise from the temple nearby. We all could not sleep till over 12:00am. Their noise was extremely loud just felt like hearing right next to me.
