It was so clean, fresh and new. The staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The bed was super comfortable.

There were no lifts up to the rooms.

Very good stay experienceBen was very enthusiastic and helped us a lot. The breakfast was great and the massage was very professional.If I come again, I will choose to stay here again.
But I probably wont go back to Kata, because my Olympus waterproof camera was swept away by the waves on the first day I went swimming at the beach. I hope the waves can bring it back to the beach, and friends who are lucky enough to get it can Go ahead and use it.It's a pity, but it's still beautiful.Thank you again to the hotel for your warm service.

The staff were so professional & friendly! They helped me rent a scooter & always had good recommendations when I'd ask about anywhere to see or places to eat at. If there was something they didn't know, they went out of their way to find it out for me.

We had a great time at Sugar Ohana, the rooms were very clean and nice. The location is good too, about 10 min walk to the beach. Night markets are very close as well where you can eat tons of food. Staff was always very nice and helpful with planning our days. You get breakfast at the restaurant next door, which was good as well. When spending more than 3 days a complimentary massage is included as well, which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and value for money. Staffs were very friendly and willing to help. Rooms also came with free 1hr massage and breakfast at their restaurant below, both of which were left us satisfied.
