The location is great, but very loud at night
The staff wouldn’t let us leave for our very early morning flight until they searched our whole room and checked for each item such as towels, lamps, remotes etc. Then the staff claimed we took a hand towel (we surely did not take any towels, have no interest in their towels or room for one in our luggage regardless). After we explained that the housekeeping didn’t provide 2 hand towels, they refused to
Let us leave until we paid a 200 Baht fine. For a small crappy hand towel worth 10 baht. So frustrating and gave us such a bad opinion of the place for blaming us for something we clearly had no part of. Seemed to be a shakedown scheme that they do often, since no one can checkout until they go through the room with you. I’ve never seen this done before and won’t ever stay at this hotel again.
Separately the walls are very thin and we could easily hear our neighbors and the street noise even on the top floor.

5-10 minute walk from Kata beach. Plenty of shops nearby. Walk to the small night market or beaches nearby. Kata and Kata Noi are great. Good choice for breakfast.
Drain in our bathroom was blocked so water filled it up very quickly. Other than that was a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel, and while our overall experience was good, there were several points that left us disappointed. The hotel is clean and located in a good area, but we were given a room on the 3rd floor, which was difficult to access due to the lack of an elevator and the many stairs.
On the day of check-out, I requested a late check-out until 6 p.m., as I wasn’t feeling well from the night before and the morning of our departure. They informed us that it would cost 1450 baht. Since we didn’t have enough cash at the time, we offered 1300 baht, but the hotel refused. I then suggested paying by card, but they said there would be an additional 3% charge, which I found unreasonable. When I mentioned that I wouldn’t pay the 3% fee because it wasn’t part of the original agreement, they suddenly told us the room was no longer available because another guest had just booked it.
The most disappointing part was the lack of understanding and flexibility from the staff. For a small difference of just 150 baht, and despite explaining my health situation, they showed no compassion. Additionally, the sudden “lack of availability” of the room felt like an excuse, which made the situation even worse.
This left us with a negative impression—not just because of the money, but primarily because of the lack of a humane approach. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential, but behaviors like this significantly impact the guest experience.

Very nice, modern and clean B&B. A few steps away from Kata beach. The staff is very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was at the same level of more expensive places where we stayed. The room was exactly as in the pictures and it was also very quiet, despite the balcony over the street, which can be very crowded at night.
There is no lift, so if you have luggage you may struggle to bring them up through the stairs. However the staff was very kind and helped us.

It looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were so so kind. The bed was comfy. The room and everything was clean and the location was top notch!
The steep stairs??? but not a problem if you have no mobility issues. Also, they carry the heavy bags for you so you don’t have to worry about that!

Very noisy construction works in buildings on either side. Loud noise starts before 8am every morning, even Sunday morning. Impossible to sleep and relax with this.

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was amazing. Location is close to get to the centre, shops , restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning was a bit loud in our room. The location is on a Main Street so you’re immediately into the “chaos”, which could be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for. There were also a few ants in the room.

the hotel has a very modern look, is very clean and offers phenomenal breakfast (with real bread). location is great, next to the beach and the local restaurants. very good value for money.

I liked how discrete the hotel is. It actually took a few minutes to see it when I first arrived. Private secure entrance also made feel like you were entering a secret club. Beautiful room and super comfy bed and pillows. Don’t start your vacation here first everything after this hotel won’t compare.
The elevator wasn’t working while I was there. No big deal but it would have been helpful during check in and out
