They have a nice pool area.
The walls look dead they are blue and we had a pool view room but we couldnt see the pool from our room I felt cheated.

The place is in a good busy street. Staff is friendly.
They charge 15BHT per clothing item if you want to iron your clothes. An iron should be made available freely!

It was quiet with a lovely swimming pool. Staff were excellent and efficient. Comfy room. the flora and fauna made it a great retreat away from the noise outside on the road.
The shower did not work properly, there was a leak from the ceiling and the air conditioner was not as efficient as it could be.

Close to all the gyms on fitness street. Lots of nice healthy restaurants nearby. Good big comfortable bed. Good AC and fridge in the room. Nice pool area. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool area is really nice. The rooms are spacious. The staff are lovely especially the night security guard, hes so friendly. Great area for the Muay Thai gyms
The showers are mostly cold but wasnt too much of an issue.

Great location, near all the gyms and food places
A bit run down. Air con was very loud, bathroom light flickered, doors wouldnt close properly, often ran out of toilet paper and would have to go to reception to ask for more

I had an amazing time at Signature. I went to train Muay Thai and the hotel location was perfect. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the gym every day and there were plenty of options for food, smoothies, protein shakes, and snacks all along the street. The front desk staff was helpful and spoke great English. The pool was super nice and my room was bigger and nicer than I expected. Ill be back!

I liked the fact that it was set back off the busy road. It was good that there was an extra fan to provide air conditioning - it was needed, as it was very hot when I visited (in March).
Very confusing light switch arrangement! I couldn't get the right switches on at the right time!

My husband stayed here as he was training at the nearby Southside MMA and said it was a great proximity to that. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, good pool and if training locally for martial arts then highly recommended.
Not the best spot for kids/families per se but if wanting to visit one of the local martial arts places then a great spot!

Perfect location for all training facilities, clean pool area with comfy sunbeds (pool towels provided), rooms cleaned regularly and promptly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be booking again for next year! The staff were so helpful with any queries I had. There is also a security guard onsite after hours when the reception is closed for that extra piece of mind. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here and everybody was really friendly. Personally think the resort looked better in person than in photos too!
Some of the poolside villas have an issue with bees. I had around 10 in my bedroom at one stage coming through the light fittings in the ceiling. It happened once or twice then stopped and never had an issue again. The hotel staff were very quick in coming to help get rid of them.
