Top notch stay. The property was amazingly clean and comfortable. They had even just had the ac units maintenance company there as I was checking in. Very helpful at storing my bags when I needed an early arrival and after my check out. A friend had recommended it and I will certainly recommend it to others. I will definitely be staying here again. It was in an excellent location in Old Town so to loads of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I’ve been traveling for a year, loads of hotels, this one is in my top 10.
I did have a street side room, but the traffic was minimal because it’s on a one way street.

The stay at Shunli was very comfortable with excellent value for money. We stayed in room 301 which is top floor with a big balcony overlooking Old Town. The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, and the bed was great. I would happily stay here again.
Our only complaint was the breakfast. While it is included in the stay, it's only from 7-9am so we missed it on one day because we slept in until 9:30. On the second day, we made it to breakfast but we were surprised to learn they only offer instant powdered coffee. This was a big bummer. Just a block away is Campus Coffee Roasters, a local coffee shop that offers excellent coffee. It just seems the hotel could purchase coffee from them and offer a french press option. This would be much appreciated to those of us that need a coffee to start the day!

Everything. It’s the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s right in the middle of the old town with everything you’ll need is at a walking a distance. The breakfast is great. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great property and location. Hosts were amazing! It’s in the middle of the town, a quick walk to all possible locations, very convenient. Rooms were clean. Fresh towels and water bottles every day. Great breakfast.

Great place in the heart of town. Very clean and straight. The owner is friendly and provides amazing breakfast selection including mango rice and other goodies. Nice surprise.

Mon the owner went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was wonderful!!
We travel a lot and including large resorts but many of them can take lessons regarding how to provide outstanding customer service from the Shunli. The delicious breakfast provided each morning was a real bonus. Highly recommend the Shunli!

Very, very clean and new feeling hotel. Left my shoes at the entrance the whole time. My room was spacious and beautiful with a balcony over the street. A bunch of rooms have balconies in the atrium. The hosts are friendly. Check in was easy. It's about a 5 minute walk to the epicenter of Phuket Town and same distance to the Blue and Pink busses if you want to explore the island on the cheap (40 baht to Patong Beach).. Great value and wish I'd stayed longer

Great location, quiet location even in the middle of Chinese New Year celebrations all around Phuket.

Excellent service and great hospitality.It’s like home away from home. This property is very clean and everyone’s so helpful especially “Mon”, she is always there for you. She helped us book from ferry tickets to other activities around. My spouse got fever on the 2nd day of our stay and the care, support we received was very helpful. You wouldn’t receive such service even in a five star hotel, Shunli exceeded the standards . We would love to comeback again. Thank you very much for everything ?
