Beach, pools, cleaning, quietness, gym, breakfast.
Some members of the staff, particularly during breakfast, were a bit rude. In addition, the hotel offered themed dinners that were expensive and had limited options or small portions.

My family has stayed at this property more than 3 times since 2019. We always love the atmosphere and services at this property. The staffs are nice and always help. The food are delicious especially at Takieng Restaurant. Sand Box is also a great idea to chill and sip during the sunset time.
The breakfast used to be better and more variety than this. We used to enjoy the breakfast when we stayed here but not this time.

It was a peaceful and calm getaway. The pool is a significant asset, as it is long enough for lap swimming. It is of sufficient depth.
We liked the yoga and fitness classes offered. I enjoyed he beginner's class in Muay Thai boxing. The fitness coaches, Yo Yo and Job, were friendly and skilled.
The staff were all of a high standard and greeted us every day. At the pool, R and Sun were most helpful.
A studio that offers some classes without disturbing gym users could complement the gym. The pool will need a break for maintenance. A nature walk would be a good addition.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel — everything from the comfort of the rooms to the attention to detail was top-notch.
The breakfast was delicious and varied, a perfect start to each day.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the restaurants served truly excellent food.
But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Special thanks to R, Aid, and Sun, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warmth and professionalism care made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and kind — they are the heart of this place. We will definitely be back!

Location is great. Flexible menu. Staff are great.
Waves on the beach can be rough some days, making it impossible to swim in the sea. But most days the sea was calm. Variety of healthy food options could be even more

The property is very popular amongst Russian guests. Not the cheapest option.
