Nice breakfast & private beach & kids club with the great team
I came after 20 hours of flying with the small 1 year old baby alone and asked for PRIVATE MEETING SERVICE at the airport( in advance approx 5 days prior ) - NO TRANSFER / nobody didn’t it arrange !
After arriving to the hotel with small 1 year old baby - I asked for 1-2 hours early check in ! Answer was NO , I didn’t get any welcoming fruits like my neighbours , no cake at the breakfast with candles for my birthday girl like my neighbours ! I’ve got old and broken floor room and after two scandals by reception - THEY GAVE ME a normal room & small piece of chocolate cake for my baby birthday! But I spent soooo many nervous and time to get it ! No jokes !!!!

I love the grand infinity pool view, the layout of the beachfront facilities are amazing that every corner faces a stunning seaview. Staff are great, very accommodating, our room was very spacious and vanity mirror with great lighting was a plus, breakfast is just typical nothing special
Gym was so small, cramped, beach isn’t nice to swim coz it’s either super far low tide or water and sand isn’t clean, many ships pass by which may have contaminated the waters. NYE dinner buffet was a joke, expensive but so bad that not even good seafood selection but just sushi and sashimi so I ended up just having roasted beef for what I paid.

It is a real paradise with palm and banana trees and flowers. The resort has it's own private beachfront on the send, just in front of pull area. The Thai food prepared for breakfast was excellent.

The Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautifully kept grounds that feel calm, clean and thoughtfully looked after. The pool and private beach were fantastic — both relaxing and perfectly maintained, making it easy to unwind throughout the stay.
The inclusive breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, an impressive range of vegan options, and made-to-order egg dishes. The staff were also more than happy to cater to special requests, which made breakfast feel both generous and personal.
What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from start to finish.
The on-site restaurant, Tamarind, was outstanding. The food quality was excellent and felt like a destination restaurant in its own right. Combined with the breathtaking, calming views across the water, the setting made every meal feel special.
Overall, a wonderful stay in a peaceful location with beautiful views, great food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is right at the beach and gives you a private access to the beach as the hotel guest. We got a Sea view room and it was wonderful. The place is fully equipped with all facilities: pool, gym, spa, restaurants....it's a wonderful experience. If you dont want to eat at the hotel, there are some other options right in front of the hotel. However, the best part of the hotel is their hospitality and service. I made a request for my partner's birthday celebration and the staff was was just too kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. Especially, NAT!! He made sure that our celebration for the special occasion was good. Very kind and supportive.
Nothing. If I have to point out, it's not the hotel but the beach. It's not the cleanest/bluest water. It's quite shallow and not very clear waters.

Online check in question is not clear - asking what type of room, but no explanation for type A and type B. Reception staff also doesn’t know.

Tried to book spa via scan code - but no booking or confirmation. I called spa directly to make booking at the end.
