Staff were amazing, polite, kind, attentive and discrete. The upper level pool area was stunning, the pool was beautiful. We did 3 x exercise classes, including early morning yoga with Bonus, which were well organised, at our level and helped breathing and mindfulness. Bonus was great! The buggies to and from the room was an exceptional service, we didn’t wait more than a minute for their arrival. We rarely stay in hotels so don’t have much experience but we found the rooms to be the height of luxury, the bed so comfortable, the bathroom huge and pristine and a balcony looking out to the sea over gorgeous gardens. In the morning we saw birds and heard beautiful birdsong. We had two relaxing massages at the spa which were beautifully restorative. We loved our room in block 5, just opposite the steps to the upper pool. 5 star stay. Also you could walk down the steps onto a long stretch of white sand, Nai Thon beach and be part of the vibrant Thai culture, with great restaurants, shops and markets. We had a great stay. The italian restaurant Vero was very poor quality for the price and our complaint did not really help. Not everyone of stuff speaks good English.

The breakfast in this hotel is unbeatable in terms of range and quality. As an example, they had a bar where you could design your own juice that was subsequently freshly pressed. Their pastry selection was truly impressive (e.g., pan suisse with pistaccio highlights). The room was very nice and clean. The view from the hotel is stunning (towards the sea) and the restaurant's location allows you to have dinner with a view of the sunset. The pool has the same views and it was never a problem to find open recliners. The gym was very well equipped. Staff was very friendly. They have a direct access to the (public) beach, which is also very nice. At the beach there are options for streetfood and massages. The location is much less busy and more peaceful than other beaches in Phuket.
Naithon beach is very small compared to the popular destinations, which can have disadvantages. The local restaurants were much worse than in Karon (where we had been before) and the message shops also appeared to be of lower quality. It was harder to find fresh fruit stalls that cooled the cut fruit. The prices in the hotel itself were comparable to restaurants in Washington, DC, or Boston (where we are from), i.e., super expensive compared to the local price level. We had dinner twice and paid about 230 and 130 USD (for two both times). In the local restaurants in Karon Beach we regularly paid about 10-20% of that price. Also, we were not very impressed by the quality of the food, especially in the "international" restaurant. We had the worst Panang and Green curry of our entire stay in Thailand there and the menu was obfuscating the nature of the dish with fancy english names; (of course, the dishes were served much fancier than our other experiences). The servers recommended a drink that was more expensive than entire dinners we had in restaurants at Karon beach. Similarly, the Spa prices seemed ridiculous to us compared to what we had experienced in Karon (and we thus did not try).

We booked our stay last minute and being honest I was not sure what to expect, but we love love loved the resort and would definitely come back. It really was beautiful and exceeded our expectations as regular travelers across the globe. We loved the style of resort and windy roads up to the rooms which gave it great character. Staff were all super friendly. The rooms were great with super comfy beds. Food was lovely (Italian very nice) and they were great around our food intolerances. We liked the fact it was quiet and away from the towns. The beach was beautiful and easy to access from the hotel. Main pool lovely and with a stunning view of the beach. Perfect for couples and families.
There could be more vegetarian options on the menu - but they did help with new options when asked.

The resort is very close to the airport. The staff, the food and the services were excellent. When we asked for a ride from the room to the loby or the breakfast room, the car come in a minute.

Excellent, clean, and big prepared resort. Ways are full and decorated by natural plants and water canals with nice statues. My Room is not on sea view however was nice with back jungle view. Breakfast was exceptional. and it is the closest resort to the airport which make it comfortable after long way travel.
Not big issue, but for people who like to go out the hotel everyday to visit places, it is considered far from some main city places like Patong and old town, specially with traffic it take something at least 45 mins and more

We wished the location was a bit closer to the city, but the surroundings were so beautiful that this hotel truly won our hearts. We actually had a reservation at another hotel later, but when we went there, we didn’t like it — we realized our hearts were still at Pullman. So we left that hotel and came back here! The rooms, the vibe, and the staff’s warm smiles — just perfect. Thank you so much! ?

A bit far from Phuket center, but conveniently close to the airport - if transport isn’t a big concern, definitely go for it.
