1km from the beach;many restaurants and shops.My room with balcony,fridge,8 English speaking channels on TV was excellent. Great value for money.

Near to Patong Beach, everything is easy accessible, restaurants, massage shops, weed shops everything is nearby, the staff is very cooperative
The only thing I didnt liked was the reception of the hotel. It was on the second floor, the entrance was difficult to find, and by the time I went there, no billboard or label was there for hotel

second time I'm staying here and it was just as good. great staff, helpful and kind. truly worth the price
WiFi was unreliable, when connected it was good but kept disconnecting. might have been a temporary issuoon that floor

It was a bitter disappointment.
Almost everything in the room was broken or about to fall apart.
We checked in and got out of the place within half an hour.
It's cheap and I agree with that but stay away from this place.
P.S. Broken/loose tiles in the room, dirty and torn up blinds, discolored toilet seat, and the list can go on.

It was in good condition considering the reasonable price.
Small balconies and large windows, not too old furniture
It was great compared to nearby budget hotels, and it was difficult to find a twin room in a similar price range, it was nice that they provided it
The cleaning was not perfect, some floor tiles were broken.
Especially, there was a lot of hair around the carpet.
I didn't mind that much, but for others it could be a problem.

It was a clean place
The ceramic floor was broken and covered with a piece of carpet like material. When I walked over you can hear the squeezy noise.of broken pieces. I do not know how they can rent such place being dangerous.
