We like the design, the common area and the restaurant area. Very beautiful. You can even have your breakfast overlooking the jungle. It is 15 min walk to the beach. Food was good and breakfast was diverse.
The bathroom was a bit narrow and after shower you need to reach the towel on the other side of the bathroom which will make all the floor wet, but it's not a deal breaker as it's part of the design.

It was far away from the noise and the crowds that made our stay that much more enjoyable, very hospitable staff that went above and beyond! Sun, the manager, was exceptional with a very kind demeanour about him! Very refreshing! It was all about making the hotel our second home and to feel comfortable with everything!

The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and the laundry service worked very well, fast, and cheap. The in-house spa was the best one we have been to - highly recommended.
There were dirty stains on the bedsheets and also in the bathroom. The location was not close to the sea at all - it took 30 minutes to walk to the sea.

Loved the staff, the room was spacious, pool was large and clean, sauna/spa was a nice touch, beauty salon did a fabulous pedicure, restaurant will serve you ANYWHERE in the hotel between 7a-11p. We love that it’s a medium sized resort so we could get all the amenities we wanted, but we recognized the staff and they recognized us after day 1. Chan at front desk made us feel right at home and Sun the FOH manager became like our Uncle—always made sure we had everything we needed. We won’t stay anywhere else except our favorite Pacific Club Resort if we’re in Phuket.
No notes. We wish we stayed longer.

A very good hotel with clean and large rooms.
Wonderfull service by all the staff. Very helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof very much.
The hotel van was very convenient and worth the money.
We stayed only 2 nights as we just had a quick stop for a full day tour of the phang nga bay.
Overall a pleasant stay.
We would choose another location if we would have to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. We stayed as a family with two children, and it was an excellent choice for a family vacation.
The staff deserves special mention. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to help with every request we had. This included taking great care with a gluten free menu for our child, which meant a lot to us and was handled professionally and thoughtfully.
The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the hotel itself is overall very pleasant and well maintained.
Above all, what stood out most was the staff and the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

It was a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful place with soul. Everything there is done with love. The room is good, spacious with big balcony, perfectly working ac, quiet, well decorated. Cleaning is top. They really do it well. Even a bit dated towels are so clean and fresh. Smart tv which is not very common here, was very useful on a trip with kids. Amazing breakfast, lots of choices, tasty, fren i dry service is a big plus. Wondert Copy ith beautiful view, you can enjoy yuur drink while watching sunset. We loved everything and to be honest after moved to next place felt a bit sad as it was far from being so good as Pacific. Big thanks to Sun for his warm welcome and treatment of all guests. He spoke to each and everyone, was so nice to his guests

The property was immaculate, tranquil, and serene. The manager was readily available to make sure all was in order and seamless
The staff were gracious and attentive. The breakfast was super with wide variety, super breads, delicious fruits and juices and Thai dishes and a variety of made to order egg options. It was quiet and peaceful

Great property with excellent views and pool on the roof. The owner "Sun" was very pleasant and friendly as was all the staff. Our room was had everything we needed with a comfortable bed and was very clean with excellent air conditioning. I think this is probably the best hotel for the money in this area. Only a short walk uphill from the beach which is why it has such amazing views of the beach and the rainforest as a backdrop behind the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit Phuquet!
Daily breakfast and on-site restaurant was overpriced for the area and the breakfast was ok at best, despite the excellent service, as the food was not very good for an upscale hotel like this

We liked everything from the first moment we entered. Especially we enjoyed the attitude from the hotel management. Pool is open 24/7, you can order food to wherever you want with no extra charge, so we had very romantic dinner on our balcony after nice couple massage in the hotels's SPA. Very resonable prices for all services. Very good breakfast. We liked that everything was very clean and well maintained. We never go back to the same hotel twice, but now we think that we will come back to this one, when again in Phuket. We chose this hotel by good revievs and they were 100% true.

The Pacific Club exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Phuket. The staff were lovely and very helpful, including helping us book our transfer from Phuket to Koh Lanta. The breakfast was outstanding - when we were there, there was a deal that meant the breakfast was only 250 THB person and the selection was huge (juice, coffee, omelettes, fresh sourdough and other breads, dumplings, fried rice and noodles, fresh fruit, etc). I think the regular price (just under 500 THB person) would be steep though, even given the selection. The room was clean and comfortable overall, and we absolutely loved the rooftop pool. The location was good - fairly close to a number of good restaurants and within about a 10 min walk to the beach (pretty standard in Karon as far as I could tell - there weren't any properties I saw that were right on the beach, they are all across quite a busy road from the beach). It is up a hill, as other reviews have stated, but we didn't find that to be a big issue personally and cabs would still go up the hill.
The rooms were a bit dated, and the floors were tile which is not my personal preference. As some other reviews mentioned, the humidity means that the room can smell a bit musty until the AC has run for a bit. In our experience, this was quite common across Thailand but was a bit more pronounced in this hotel.
If it weren't for the discount offered, the breakfast would have been quite expensive.
There aren't a ton of sun loungers at the rooftop pool - that said, the hotel was fully booked when we visited and we still never had an issue getting a lounger to relax on in the late afternoon.

Everything! We loved the first class suites and amenities provided at this resort. The breakfast was fabulous and had a wide selection of western and Asian choicesMy girlfriend especially loved the chef recommended lox omelette ? We loved the very comfortable platform bed and premium bed linen. Other highlights were submitted with my previous review. The room service and staff under the direction of Sun was first class.
My only complaint is that they were renovating the suite next door. Also the elevator was out of service one night, but was repaired by morning.

I loved the bathrooms (Stayed in 2 different suites). Everything was immaculately clean and the amenities excellent. All the services were expertly provided with a smile. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious with custom entrees available upon request. The spectacular water views from the balconies, were amazing. The hot tub with the cascading waterfalls was worth the price of admission! Sun the manager greeted us every morning with a smile and offered an open door policy for any issues.
I found the parking lot to be a bit cramped and crowded, but we always managed to have spot.
