We loved our stay — it was super relaxing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. They arranged taxis for us, helped with every request and even suggested the spa next door since the hotel doesn’t have one.
Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options, and we genuinely looked forward to it each morning. Our room was spotless, huge, and we loved having a bathtub out on the balcony — such a lovely touch.
We used the watersports every day and the team there were brilliant. The hotel also arranged our trip into town for the Sunday markets, which made everything really easy.
Overall, a really enjoyable and relaxing stay with genuinely lovely staff.
The gym was a real let‑down. It’s far smaller than the photos suggest, very worn, and because it’s basically a glass box it gets unbearably hot — like working out in a sauna. There’s an unused room behind it that looks like it’s for classes, but for a 5‑star hotel the gym should be bigger, better equipped and actually usable throughout the day.
Given how amazing the hotel dinners are, we weren’t always that hungry in the mornings, so offering smoothies would be a great light option. It would also fit nicely with their focus on reducing food waste.

My Beach Resort is a lovely property with large rooms, beautiful views and two great pools on the beach. I was traveling with my two adult children and triples are hard to find in Thailand. The room was comfortable except for the beds, which were very firm to our taste. The view from out room was amazing! While the beach looked beautiful, it was not swimmable as it is covered with rocks. Even when the tide is in, you will not want to swim with those rocks covering the ocean floor. There were a couple of guests that had skinned legs from trying to swim there. That said, is is very quiet and serene. The view is of a marina with quaint boats dotting the water, and beautiful scenery. The breakfast was not great for us, but the pizza (yes, the pizza) and fruit smoothies were delicious! And the coffee cafe next to the pool, which is not technically part of the hotel so you can't charge it to your room, has excellent coffee and the berry smoothie there was 10 out of 10. While the pool areas were lovely, there were not enough nice lounge chairs and people staked them out by 7am! The chairs on the sand were plastic loungers without pads, and there were no umbrellas which we found strange for such a nice hotel. The hotel is quite remote, which we wanted to be out of the party scene. But we did rent a car so we could get around as one of our tours wouldn't even pick us up because we were so far out. I liked driving in Phuket but it is not for the feint of heart! As a weird side note, my son loves snakes and went herping every night there with a fantastic guide named Nathaniel Reece Suriwong who you can find on Facebook. My last comment is about the massage place across the street. It is cheap, but it was the worst massage we got in two weeks in Thailand. I would not recommend at all! We had unbelievably good massages in Bangkok and Koh Samui, not in Phuket. Overall, My Beach Resort is very nice depending on what kind of stay you are looking for.
Softer beds, more loungers around the pool, better lounge chairs with pads and umbrellas on the beach.

The location for having dinner with watching the sunset is great, which is shown as follows in photos.
The staff helping us canoeing at the beach are kind and helpful. Picking up service at the airport is well prepared in advance for designating the gate.
Foods for breakfast are delicious and various, considering that guests are from all over the world.
Too many stairs from the beach to the rooms on the top. A relatively gentle slope (Literally I have seen one there that is possibly or possibly not what I mean, with the door of it locked unfortunately. ) is better for those living at the higher area of the resort.

We truly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. Property located next to the beach which is really comfortable, and first floor room has accessibility to the pool which also amazing, activities like yoga, aqua aerobics, Muay Thai with personal trainer. There is a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops and massage rooms, local food, fruit etc, which is not far from the resort.
