Comfortable big room, soft bed and pillows, well maintained and clean, 5 minutes walk to the beach, friendly staff with Dave the owner. Initially booked this hotel for 3 days, but extended my stay to a week as it was just a perfect place for its value

I had a Mountain View room which was quiet, clean and had a nice view. Dave the owner and the staff were all very friendly. Food in the restaurant was good.
There is no lift but my luggage was carried up to the room for me.

The owner Dave was super nice and helpful with everything. Room was spacious and had THE best bed, it was so comfortable!! Everything was very clean. Only 5 min walk to the beach and loads of restaurants, bars, etc. in front of your doorstep.
Only downside: the road right in front of the hotel is very busy and therefore quite noisy (one of the main roads).

Checks all the boxes - great location, good AC, good restaurant downstairs, reasonably priced. The hotel is on the road, but my "mountain view" room was very quiet with peaceful green scenery. I'm sure you can smooth out any issues for short- and long-term stays, owner Dave and his staff are friendly and very helpful.
Wifi in the room was slower and less reliable than in other good hotels around.

Perfect place with great location - about 5 minutes to the beach and quite away from the noise. There are different cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was cleaned every day (+ they always left 2 bottles of water for us each time), nd had very comfortable bed, black-out curtains (best we've ever seen), a desk we could comfortably work at with laptops (+ another desk and chair on the balcony) and an amasing forest/mountains view. The owner and the staff are frendly and very helpful, and we are looking forward to our next visit.
We were visiting during high season, maybe that's why wifi upstairs wasn't very reliable for video-calls (sometimes was lagging quite a bit), but there is another wifi (which Dave recommended to us in advance, and it was always flawless) in hotel lounge/cafe on the first floor that we could always use if needed.

We were 4th floor without elevator, so take this into consideration. Overall its not so bad though.

I loved staying at MellowSpace. The room was large, bed was awesome, offered great mountain views and was generally a fantastic location close to Karon beach. Dave, the owner, is an amazing guy. He helped me out with a bunch of recommendations and overall made me feel so welcome. He was fun to talk to as well and shared a lot of history about how Phuket has evolved over the years. I strongly - make that very strongly recommend the place!

This accommodation was pristine clean with a very large room and excellent bathroom and handy balcony. The host Dave went above and beyond to facilitate our late arrival and is a top bloke. This accommodation definitely deserves a higher grading and the reviews back that up.
There was nothing unsatisfactory. Everything was fantastic.

Located in 5 min walking distance from a beautiful beach, Mellow Space is perfect when you want it all in compact and cost efficient package. Choice of dishes is suprizingly huge, coocked well and tasty. David makes everyone feel welcome and stuff is very friendly.
Complementary tea could be better as lipton is far from perfection. Safe box wasn't in order in our room, we didn't need it but it often comes handy for travallers.

immaculately clean. !!! Comfy beds, great pillows and bed linen. hot shower, fantastic Wi-Fi, quiet spacious room great lighting, good location, great food, friendly staff with helpful information. This is a great find a 3 minute walk to the beach all restaurants and shopping start on your doorstep, easy access to Kata and Patong beach.
