All of it! The staff were exceptional. Friendly helpful and nothing was too much for them. The hotel although hill was easy to navigate and if you weee struggling a shuttle bus was on hand to take you around the resort. 5 beautiful pools to choose from and both restaurants we lovely. We had the best time and highly recommend the hotel for all Tues of travellers. Thank you Mandarava for a wonderful stay!

The property itself is beautiful and tranquil. They have many pools which is nice. The rooms are spacious
The bath towels and sheets are very rough. The room never felt cleaned but more a surface clean.

Everything. The private pool, the attention to detail, the staff were incredibly welcoming at every hour including late at night when we needed a ride to our suite.
The a/c was a bit noisy, but all and all beautiful rooms and atmosphere.

Restaurant needs attention. Service is slow, replenishing of dishes at breakfast buffet very slow. Limited cold breakfast, no granola or muesli, nuts etc. Variety of bread lacks.

Since I had never heard of the Mandarava brand before I was skeptical about the hotel but I was proven wrong as soon as I got there. The staff was amazing, we got a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The view from the room was fantastic and overall the whole property was so beautiful surrounded by lush greenery and pools all around.
Perhaps if it was closer to the beach it would have been nicer, but there are plenty of pools in the property to make up for this.
