Excellent value for the money. Location excellent. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms very nice.

Friendly staff, small but decent gym, nice room to be honest.
Both pools are quite small and the image you see online can be a little misleading but it still looks nice.
For a country like Thailand, the breakfast is quite expensive. I was offered a discount and it was still more expensive than most dinners I had in fancy restaurants.
Lastly I found a dead bug (not sure what type in my room) on my bed, I mentioned to the staff in the morning as I was going on a trip, they apologised, but I expected some sort of compensation in terms of maybe an upgrade or something. But all I got was sorry about that and housekeeping

I loved the great hospitality provided from the hotel staff. They were so accommodating and extremely friendly. The hotel was also in a good location that made an easy walk to the beach as well as a number of restaurants. The room definitely gave us tropical vibes and was comfortable for both my wife and myself.
The only thing that didn't go well was the amount of rain but that was somewhat expected due to traveling during the raining season. Other than that, there were no notable issues with our time there.

I had an AMAZING stay at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. The staff were fantastic and accommodating to my every request, down to my early check-in and even Netflix setup. Each and every staff were soooo polite and welcoming, it really made my stay there a pleasant one. Nana Relax Massage Surin Beach is like 3 doors down and it’s also about 3 mins walk to the beach. Had my daily morning latte at Nalu Bar and Grill and the pad thai there is also good. If i ever go back to Phuket, i will be staying here again for sure!!
Honestly, nothing bad whatsoever about the hotel. Just that there was no sun and it kept raining and raining and raining… nothing the establishment could do about that. So, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean and hygienic, and the food was decent. The location is peaceful, yet very accessible — the beach is just around 200 meters away, right across the road, making it perfect for beach lovers.
The vibe of the place is truly awesome. The staff were fairly friendly and very cooperative. Special appreciation goes to the reception staff — always smiling and offering great support, which is truly appreciated.
Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay near the beach.

The room downstairs was spacios and very comfy with amazing sofa and a balcony, where we sit and enjoyed bottle of wine till late midnight. :)
The bedroom upstairs has a huge bed accompanied with many pillows, so you can suite yourself very comfortably.
Aircon on both floors were a bit noisy, but doesn't bother us much.
Breakfasts are decent, I used to order egg florentini with bacon almost every day.
Small lifehack for the breakfast - if you don't like coffee from coffee machine, you can ask any coffee from the bar for free. Like iced cappuccino, cafe-latte, etc.
The location of the hotel is just perfect - 3 mins across the road to the center of Surin Beach. 200 thb and you have two sun-beds and umbrella for the whole day.
Will come back for sure.

- The location was amazing. There are many choices for lunch and dinner along the street. The beach is only a walking distance away, very convenient.
- The resort is comfortable, spacious and decent. Breakfast is small but it’s just what we needed.
- The staff is very friendly and prompt in their services. Brilliant service.
- It’s a bit dated but overall, it’s a decent 4 star resort. The bathtub in the room could be upgraded to make it clean and usable.
- We had a plunge pool but it would have been better if there is sun coming through. Only a small corner of it.
- There’s a lot of mosquitoes around, no repellant provided and the air con was not as cold but we used the fan too.

We loved the location in Surin, as the beach was across the street and there were plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. The gym was great, and the breakfast was a treat each day. The pool access from the room was nice, and it felt like a private pool as it was rarely used. The staff were friendly and helpful- typical of great Thai warmth and hospitality. This resort is perfect for couples and families, especially those with older children, looking for a smaller, relaxed resort with access to everything you need for a chill beach vacation.
The doors were loud, and you could hear when anyone in the hall was coming or going. There was very little storage in the room so we had to live out of the suitcase.

The property was well located very close to the beach and near restaurants.
The two pools were both lovely and the room was spacious.
There was not enough sun loungers but luckily the pool was quiet when we went to use it. We asked for a bath mat for the shower as the floor was slippery for kids but they did not have any. The restaurant was nice but over priced for the quality.
