Wonderful
The approach into the resort is very attractive , entering the reception area again is wonderful with a friendly staff waiting to book you in although the process takes a little longer than it should .
As always the star of the resort is the beach, Best beach I have ever been to.
Although I have been to Le Meridian a couple of times before I was very disappointed with the room I was allocated it was directedly above the main breakfast area level 3 with staff setting up the breakfast from about 5:30 in the morning clanging of plates scooping of ice into some cooling boxes etc . not to mention the air conditioner which needs to be turned off at night as its so noisy even on low , Pillows of low quality and need to be replaced ,
Breakfast although plentiful and covers every taste as always is a little on the semi warm side but this is pretty normal for most hotels , it wouldn't be to difficult to pop in a microwave or 2 for guests who prefer there food hot ?

I booked through you aplication for 2 adults and one 16 yo child and at the front desk they didn’t recognize your booking and I had to pay extra money.

It was my first time but I really liked where it was located, beautiful beach, amazing sea and really not crowded. It was a peaceful 2 days, everybody was super helpful. The room was also nice and I even could check in early.
The choices of breakfast were little limited for Mediterranean style.

The beach and outdoor area.
I stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and returned recently, only to find virtually nothing has changed in the rooms. The accommodations are severely outdated with old furniture, aging bathrooms, and poor lighting that makes the spaces feel dark and unwelcoming.
For the premium price they’re charging, the lack of renovations and maintenance is completely unjustified. This is nowhere near 5-star standards – it’s an extremely expensive stay that doesn’t deliver on quality or value. I cannot recommend this property at current rates.

Rooms are of good size however a bit dated. The main highlight of the property is the beach, which is private (rare in Thailand) and super clean. The location of the property is also very good as it close to Patong but no chaotic.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!
