Everything was wonderful, we hopefully we will come again .
Something little , for the electricity fees we have been charged for it and it should be included within the hole reservation, we didn’t expect that happened for us and we didn’t know because it doesn’t shows with us on the application, but they was very kindnesses with us and friendly.

The property itself was good. We liked that every bedroom has a bathroom inside. The ceiling fan and AC cooled down the heat of summer. The living room area was a great place to hang out for the group.
Be warn that the management just want to charge you for everything. They requested a 10,000 baht fee deposit in cash with no indication of such cost in the booking post. They will also charge for electricity usage. We got charged almost 2000 baht for less than a week stay (this is a price Thai people pay for a whole month of electricity with full-time AC.
They provided bare minimum service. There was no single spare of toilet paper or garbage bag. When I request for them, the staff suggested we should buy them ourselves. The pool was not clean and they did not send people or provide any equipment for us to do so.
Unfortunately, given the price we paid for the property, we expect a much better service. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very spacious, Great value for the price, Located close to the beach and a 7/11, great host
Did find one or two cockroaches. Keys weren't located where they were supposed to upon arrival, although our host was quickly there to hand the keys over
I also found out between booking and check-in that electricity is an additional charge. While paying for this isn't a problem, it should be stated in the Booking.com listing

location and outdoor area. Quickness of staff to fix issues.
We had 3 separate plumbing problems during the stay. Whilst things happen when staying at places it was frustrating. There were basic items that were not included like a plug in the sink, tea towel. The property probably could’ve done with a bit more of a thorough clean.

The villa was amazing! Spacious and well taken care of. Private pool is perfect for cooling down in thai hot weather. The pool was cleaned regularly.
Roy taxi nearby the entrance is the best :)) Roy is so fun!
Our villa manager Sofia was also very friendly and helpful.
- cleaning staff ignores couch and bed cushions resulting in them being extremely smelly. I was throwing them off the bed every time but they returned them after every cleaning xD
- good beaches are only accessible by transport (Nai Harn is the closest (10min by car) and the best!). the one that was nearby is now completely barricaded as a private property
- you pay quite a lot for electricity at checkout, especially if you use a/c non-stop. We were turning it off as much as possible but still ended up with 150 euro charge.

Villa was lovely and just like the pictures, kids loved the pool. Nice secure gated area and very quiet . Handy shop a few minutes walk and bigger shops nearby. Lovely beaches a short drive from villa. Would definitely holiday here again
Would be great if there was an information card about how to set up safe , location of outside bin, location of electric meter and washing machine.
