Wonderful
Location was quiet, welcoming and very friendly staff which couldn't do enough for us.
Accommodation just finished so very nice, in around resort was nice especially the pool area.
The walk to the beach not to far, very helpful in getting us to the airport.
Plenty of fresh water and toiletries if needed.
Bit to much tree's around pool blocks sun.
The over hang at the head end of bed just to wide can easily bang head, which we did lol.

The reason I rated it so high was the overwhelming genuine friendliness kindness laughter & care from the moment I arrived to the hug goodbye at airport leaving , this is unique to be made to feel at home , we had the air conditioned bungalow it was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely.
Very affordable, it may not have the facilities of 5star big fancy hotel but what it does have money cant buy .
I definitely will be back .

The location of the property is just a short walk from the beach and all amenities. The pool and garden areas are lovely. I stayed in one of the bungalows which I thoroughly enjoyed. The best part about this place is the staff, Jinny was so attentive ! She greeted me with a smile and as the days went on we became very good friends, as a solo traveler having such friendly staff was amazing. I became ill towards the end of my stay and Jinny did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible, she even bought me medication. Both Kingsacre and Jinny were brilliant and i hope to stay again soon :)

Kingsacre is located near Nai Yang beach (600m), close to Sirinat National Park and Phuket International Airport (5min bike ride). Bird enthusiasts will be delighted to know that there are over 30 different bird species that can be observed flying around in the area. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the resort, the warm and attentive hosts, and the beautiful garden and pool. The room is spacious with high ceilings and equipped with a ceiling fan and AC. The decor is tasteful and all necessary appliances are provided. The bed is extra large and comfortable. Additionally, exceptional service is always available to fulfill any requests.
Weak Wi-fi connection in the room, however, enough to get through emails.

Very quiet location, was a great way to get over the jet lag. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The staff went over and beyond and really made me feel welcomed to Thailand.

The owners ,Glen and Chris,were fabulous and became close friends.they were very helpful, and couldn't do enough for you. The staff were lovely too, and certainly ensured our hut was kept clean.The gardens are stunning,as was the pool area..we would certainly recommend Kingsacre

A good location close to Phuket international airport. We used this as a stopover whilst transferring to Singapore. Glen was great and collected us and dropped us off at the airport.
Set in in a pleasant garden setting with a swimming pool which was a pleasant contrast to the busy beach scene close by at Nai Yang beach.

Great location, a very short walk from Nai Yang beach. Good air con in the rooms. Spacious, clean bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Nice little pool-side bar for relaxing. Our host Glen was able to assist with booking taxis, day trips, boat rides etc
