Everything here is perfect. The resort is in a jungle setting, with fish, butterflies and birds. The Tree House villa we stayed in was perfect, with a floor for us and a floor for the kids. Everything was taken care of - from water and snacks to the pool and the restaurant. A perfect stay.
The villa pool is in constant shade. While it's perfect for us (no sun burns), it means the water temprature is always a bit too cold, which practically meant we spent our time in the (perfect) public pool, but never used our villa pool. It would be great if the villa pool had an option for heating.

Price vs Value. Most resort offer less price with high perceived value. The location is awful you cannot walk at night you should use a taxi. The privacy is poor. All villas pool’s are not 100% invisible or private

This hotel is absolutely magical. Our room was gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the pool is beautiful, delicious food, relaxing spa services - just an absolute magical stay!
This was our most expensive stay so it is pricy but you also get what you pay for and I do think it’s worth it.

Its a beautiful place and the scenery is amazing. Food at the restauarant was really good. “Some”staff are really good and make you feel welcomed, especially Melon and few others.
Honestly its not worth the money spent. Its nice overall but the mood makes you feel depressed as it is not lively at all. Some staff are not in the mood to work unlike other hotels we have seen. The in-villa pool is definitely not worth it, we have been to another villa in a different hotel and can tell the difference. The room is nice but the arrangement is a bit weird as the bathroom is bigger than the main room.

During our day, unfortunately, our cottage had a high electricity problem after the rain we were hearing electricity sound. The staff was great and helpful, but I wish they could do more to us because the night that this problem happened they did not manage it properly. At first they came. We waited like 30 minutes to an hour, and then they could not fix the problem so the transport us to another cottage and the mosquitoes were a lot annoying a lot like put a lot of mosquito and spray the board did not have any heating mechanism only cooling mechanism like who needs cooling?? Overall 1 time experience

The birds nest was gorgeous. The attention to details in the room, the tiles in the shower and the staff was very kind and friendly. I could keep going, very lovely stay. Would come back if I went back to Thailand. The privacy and distance from the other rooms was also pleasant, didn’t feel like the resort was crowded. Taxis were cheap to get around the city as well.
The scent of the body soap, shampoo and conditioner. This was not a deal breaker though, does not take away from the beautiful location and room.

the staff was very kind, the room is very luxurious, and the pool was big and looking to a very nice view.
they have a nice activity included yoga which was very nice.
the breakfast was delicious and we tried the option of ordering breakfast to our room and was very nice too
we enjoyed our accommodation very much

Facilities, cleaning, hospitality, welcoming, services, luxurious accommodation.
My overall experience at the resort did not fully meet expectations, especially considering its premium pricing and Michelin star recognition. The villa assigned to me had a limited view and lacked the level of privacy I was hoping for, as it was exposed to the outside area. Even after requesting a change to a more private villa, the view was still not ideal.
Breakfast was also quite modest, and I was expecting a more elevated experience given the resort’s reputation. While I appreciate the service and efforts of the staff, I believe there is room for improvement to match the high rating the property has received.

This hotel is absolutely stunning — truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. From the lobby to the pool, the rooms, and the spa, everything is designed and maintained to the highest possible standard. The staff are exceptionally kind and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for.
The villas are breathtaking, offering both comfort and elegance, and to our delight, we were even upgraded during our stay. Every detail here reflects luxury and attention, creating an unforgettable experience.
On the downside, unfortunately there were road works near our villa during our stay. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault, and they even compensated us for the inconvenience, but the noise from around 8 AM until 6 PM made it quite difficult at times. I believe this is only temporary, so future guests may not experience the same issue.

If r u going there try the green tea after the spa it’s amazing.
The Villa was not 100% private, my wife couldn’t enjoy the pool in the morning or daylight only in evening or night.
