My stay at Kata Sea View was nothing short of fantastic! The location, a mere 5 minutes away from Kata beach and 20 minutes away from the Patong, struck the perfect balance. It allowed us to unwind in a serene hillside while remaining close enough to enjoy the city whenever we pleased. The villa and rooms were clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking sea view from our villa was a highlight of the trip. Whether enjoyed by the infinity pool, with its stunning views, or in the comfort of our villa, breakfast was wonderful. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was not only enjoyable but memorable. From the warm welcome to their exceptional service throughout our stay, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. If you're looking for a welcoming and cozy retreat in Phuket, I wholeheartedly recommend Kata Sea View Villas. It's a haven where hospitality meets comfort, and every detail, from the location to the service, is designed to make your stay special. We had a wonderful relax holiday thanks to Kata Sea View villas for exceptional hospitality. Our villa was spacious and well equipped and cleanliness was maintained everyday. Friendly staff always there to assist you if we needed anything.Overall it was wonderful stay.

The stay at there was beyond my expectation! The staff were extremely nice, especially our housekeeper who has done a very good job! She prepared breakfast for us every morning at the time we decided and helped tidy up our mess. Thank you Sima n David! :) It is more than enough to accommodate 7 of us that we were so relaxing, good for escaping from the hustle and bustle. And please, try the barbecue service. It was awesome! We all miss the days there! I think the location doesnt matter in Thailand at all since Grab made our journeys very easy and convenient!
If there could be partition separating the shower area would be perfect.

Service was impeccable, had a few issues that were rectified very quickly. The manager was friendly and very quick to reply with any questions of issues. The daily breakfast is a bonus as well as having a maid on call.
The internet speed was woeful, was unable to do work and kids struggled to do their online homework. Internet in the reception was super fast however speed in the villa was on average 1MBS or less. Manager tried very hard to rectify the issue however in the end could not fix. Would be good if there was a washing machine for the clothes.

Excellent vila! Huge with 3 floors and a private pool. Great homemade breakfast at the vila everyday. Great service, Daniel and Berd were very helpfull throughout the stay. Very good english especially Berd! I would highly recommend this place!

Villa A1 had a good view. But the toilet on the basement room was choked on the first day but the staff had attended to it after some repeat reminders and cleared it. The food was good and affordable. Daniel was an excellent host. I was happy overall.
They could help to arrange for transport at a cheaper cost.

There are some misunderstanding about the breakfast (to be or not included) but the staff solve it fast and without stress.
If you don't have a motorcycle there is a good hill to hike. But most of the day trips includes hotel pickup, not really a big issue.

Location is really mot good if you go on foot. It is far from the beach, shops, markets etc. you need a bike or a car id you want to stay.

The building looks new one, all clean and organised, the staff was really helpful, there was a problem with the lock of our room, but due the time spent they faces us free breakfast.

Just the location, its a bit far from the main things, about one and a half hour from Karon walking, but if you take a taxi/ tuk tuk or even rent a car its easy
