Great location, right next to the Muy Tai stadium (worth a visit), quiet but not far from the beach. Upgraded rooms are spacious.
Maintenance could be a little better. In my shower, there were screws installed where the tap handles had fallen off. Not a big deal, but not ideal.

The location is a little bit uphill so maybe not easyJet to access for older or disabled people but they have avshuttle bus who operates till 5 pm. The location Gibraltar a beautiful view especially from the swimming with a nice operating happy hour. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast we didnt had but I think it is a little bit small. Further the hotels nerds here and there a little renovation but in generaal it is really a nice place to stay

Amazing views, great infinity pool.
Water pressure is a bit low, but understandable given the height of the buildings.
It would be nice if the pool was open later than 7pm, although this rule didnt seem to be enforced on people who stayed in until late.

This was my honeymoon trip to Phuket. The hotel provided me with comfortable and friendly service. The room I booked can directly see the sunset. My wife loves it. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast options for guests to choose from, I am very satisfied The hotel is located on a hill in the Karon area, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel will provide shuttle buses to take tourists to the beach every hour during the day. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet, the only sound is crickets at night. Good for sleeping. The hotel rooms are located on hills, so if you want to return to the room or go to the front desk, it is recommended to call the hotel's free shuttle bus. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Phuket. Thank you to the hotel for your warm hospitality.
The decoration and facilities of the room have a sense of age. It is recommended that the hotel carry out renovation, maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. There are a lot of bugs outdoors at night, especially when the lights are on. If you are considering enjoying the breeze and having a drink on the balcony at night, you need to be mentally prepared. My home is also in a tropical area, so this situation is relatively common for me, but it may be uncomfortable for tourists from the north. It is recommended not to open the balcony door when in the room at night. Prevent insects from flying into the room. Once again, I would like to give a suggestion to the hotel. If there is a room renovation project in the future, you can consider adding screens to the balcony French doors. This can satisfy the guests' need to open the room door and enjoy the natural breeze, and at the same time, insects will not fly into the room.
