A good hotel set slightly further from the beach (but still within easy walking distance to it, as well as shops and restaurants). Rooms were nice, with good working surfaces, essential as divers with camera equipment. Stand-out was the roof-top swimming pool, adjacent to the breakfast area. This pool looks towards the sea, and is a really nice place to relax a bit.
Not problem of the hotel itself, but walking towards the beach area you pass many massage places, with the ladies always asking you if you wanted a "massaaaaage" - I know they are just doing their job, but it gets a bit tedious after several days - if I start to recognize them, surely they recognize me and that I am not a potential customer?

Very clean and modern, they cleaned the room every day. The swimming pool and rooftop area was very nice. Its close to the beach and shops. Its a small hotel, but perfect for staying the night while going out on day trips in Phuket.
Close to the main street, which was a bit loud, we were on the first floor so you could hear the cars and motor bikes passing.

Everything was wonderful and according to the description.
Lee at the reception offered us a free room upgrade (we had a large deluxe room anyway but what he offered us was amazing). At the same time, the people at the reception helped us with absolutely everything we needed.
Everything is clean and functional, the staff is exceptional, the room is cleaned every day, the pool on the roof is small but charming.
The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the main road, only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach (which, by the way, is beautiful and quiet with very kind people).
If you have a bigger budget and you like parties, you can go to Cafe del Mar, an exceptional beach bar.
The breakfast was tasty but without too many options.

I stayed here for 4 months, the staff was very friendly, excellent value for money (I wasn't on the road side). 7eleven is a 1-2 minute walk away. Wifi is very good and stable, expect +-150-200 Mbps upload/download.

Offering a happy hour with snack and beer etc as part of the package on the booking (on the cozy roof top sitting area) would be great and enjoyable.
The waiting room on the grand floor can be transformed into a small gym! That would be amazing feature for the hotel!

The location of the hotel is ok, close to a 7/11, a walking distance to Big C and the beach. For those who wish to utilize the smart bus to the airport or greater Patong, Karon, they can use the smart bus, its 100 bhat.
There is an awesome (The best market Ive been to in Phuket), not TikTok influenced, food is delicious and affordable.
The receptionist is the sweetest ever, I would definitely stay again for longer.
I did not like the bathroom, doors dont close completely and when a person does number 2, the stench could fill the entire room. The shower sort of flooded, we had to take out the lid from the shower floor off.
Its also quite a sport to set the aircon to the desired setting.

The room was big and the toilet was surprising huge as well. Nice hotel that is nearby many amenities and restaurants.
They are still using the physical lock and key system. Perhaps, they can upgrade the system. Breakfast was basic and it would be better if they have a live egg station at least. Just my opinion.

No 24 hour concierge - the only staff at night are the housekeepers on the second floor
We paid extra for a balcony view room but the view backs onto a building site

Awesome location, great variety for breakfast, really nice staff, room was big and spacious. Rooftop was really nice and can see a beautiful sunset from there. Only a 15-20min ride into Patong if you like the noise but it was a nice quite area in Kamala

- There is ZERO bathroom privacy! The glass wall between the room and the toilet is not completely closed off, there is an intentional open space left on top of the door (pic attached). If your partner is showering or going to the toilet, you can see and hear a lot. Moreover, toilet and shower are located in the same space so water splashes all over the toilet if you're not careful.
- The room is not soundproof, you can hear stuff happening on the corridor, construction work outside and worst of all, massage girls calling for customers the whole day - that is if you stay on the lower level like we did, not to mention there was zero view from our balcony on that floor (despite the room being advertised as deluxe)
- Cutlery being wrapped up in plastic every morning for breakfast which is very wasteful for no good reason
- Safe located on the floor thus not easily accessible and no manual for it in the room. My partner had to look up how to use it on youtube.
