A lovely hotel.
Amazing beach and surrounding gardens.
Service was out of this world.
The kids club is the best we've ever been.
Could have been nice if we could have stayed free of charge for a few hours longer at checkout as our baby was napping. But its just a small thing.

Breakfast was pretty good. Beaches and pools were excellent. Especially adult pool is really quite and relaxing. Great option.
Breakfast could have little more options. Restaurants should offer little more discount for hotel visitors.

everything was nice , the restaurants and staff and the rooms were comfy and bigger than expected
the breakfast didn't have lots of varieties and was very crowded the wait time was around 15 minutes i would suggest a larger breakfast area .

They don't make them like this any more. The rooms are well -furnished and updated. The service is excellent. Staff is well-trained and believe in personal connection and touch. I guess apart from the rooms, facilities, excellent breakfast, the people make this place and that will definitely stay with us. Lots of facilities and activities too for those who want to engage. Many restaurants on property offering a decent range of options.
Pool doesn't have blue tiles, it is a personal peeve. Though it goes very well with the design and theme. Beach like most in Phuket during monsoon season is absolutely a no-go. Quite dangerous waves.

the main restaurant was closed so the breakfast was being served in a much smaller restaurant which was unable to deal with the rush in the morning. The management was not equip to handle the number of guests there and it was messy!

We are the regular visitor to this property about a few times or more a year. The reason to choose this property is nice beach, best breakfast in Phuket and very close to the airport. It's actually 15 minutes drive from the airport.
The beach is clean but the width is not long. If the sea is not calm, it's difficult for the adults and kids to play near the beach.

Relaxing, good stuff, very kind and helpful. The food was great as well as the atmosphere
When I arrived I asked to change a room since I had a smell of mold in my room. They were very nice and explained that the hotel is currently full, and promised to get back at me the day after and find an alternative. Unfortunately, they didn’t came back about this issue during the 4 nights I stayed. So I got used to the smell.
Despite that, I still highly recommend the hotel, all other aspects were perfect.

The different pools and the amazing resturants . Staff was very accomodating . Must stay.
We generally sleep in hard beds and the beds were very soft. So , if you also generally sleep on soft beds , please ask for hard beds and they will provide.
