The villa was nice and comfortable for 4 people. The host was super friendly and helpful. We had the Baby Jane villa and there was super nice view. Location was suitable for us, there was even few restaurants close the accommodation. You need to use tuk-tuk or taxi to go to the city, but we were aware of that and it was not any issue for us, otherwise you will not get the amazing view from the top of the hill.
It was two bedroom villa but one bedroom was with private bathroom and other was not, we would have two separate bedrooms and both with private bathrooms. The sun was on the terrace only until 12:30pm if you would like to do the sunbathing.

Super close to patong beach and the town. Had beautiful views of the ocean and the town from the deck. Management was always at hand to deal with any inconveniences. Manager extremely friendly and super helpful, made the stay 10x better.
No complaints.

Absolutely everything. This is an amazing place to stay. The views are priceless. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. We felt very lucky to stay there. The rooms all have stunning views and there is everything you could possibly need. The housekeeping staff are excellent and very discreet. Nothing is too much trouble.
Nothing. It's set on a Cliff so steep to walk from but this didn't bother us at all.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, the staff there were all nice. It had a very good view and the location of the apartment was on the hill, it was 10 minutes away from the tourist center of the city, in general everything was good.
The photos were not close to the reality and the life of the building was longer than what is in the photos. There were several apartment in one block.

The view was phenomenal, seemed like it was out of a painting. The property was located somewhat on the higher grounds. Air quality was good due to the forest nearby. Quiet and scenic environment, very condusive for relaxation.
The accesible road for cars is only one lane, hence drivers might have a difficult time manuvering in and out especially when it gets pictch dark at night. It is also not very near to the eateries which we would have to order food delivery. They did not have black-out curtains, hence it gets abit too bright too early in the morning.

The staff, Sarintorn, is really friendly and helpful. The views and space are excellent. The TV is also great as it can connect wirelessly to your iPhone. Most of the facilities are in good condition.
One of the rooms have a musty smell. You should ask the manager for directions in Thai to send to cab drivers as quite a number could not find the property on their apps for reasons unknown. All the usual ones like google maps, grab, bolt and InDrive work fine.
