This hotel is close to the beach. Cleaning was every day. Towels changed every day. There is a safe in the room but we didnt use it. There is a patio on the last floor with tables so you can sit there instead of sitting in the room. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants around.
Wifi wasnt very good. There wasnt blanket cover and its really uncomfortable. A quilt is between two sheets ;)

The location of this property is the only thing that I liked.
There is a lot to improve and let me share my experience: 1. I have booked two superior double bed on Booking.com but when I reached I was given two normal rooms. 2. The hotel asked me for 2000 BHT security deposit that was not mentioned in the terms of Booking.com 3. The staff members were very rude and when I asked them to behave properly, they replied by saying go and complain to anyone, we don't care. 4. The staff knew that I was about to check out at 4 am and suddenly at 3 am water was stopped in my bathroom. Overall, it was a nightmare for me and my family and this experience has given a bitter taste of booking a hotel without any proper due diligence. Apart from the proximity to Patong beach, there is nothing for someone who plans to stay in this hotel.

Location perfect, staff nice & ready to help with information & tours. Good shower & air con. Free toiletries, would stay here again!
No bed quilt! Its just 2 thin sheets and some wool blanket which wasnt nice. Also arranged a taxi for us to the airport at 6am & the driver was rude (not the hotels fault) just not nice to deal with.
