Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was big and clean. Cute dog downstairs.
Furniture in room was quite dated. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was fine. We did think it was a bit overpriced compared to other places weve stayed in Thailand for the same price.

amazing hosts very lovely family run place and exceptional value for money i wanted to stay longer but they didnt have availability rented a scooter 200baht a day for guests which is very good clean and very hospitable and helpful!! towels for the beach and cleans the room everyday very very nice !

My 2nd time at this property, the host and his wife were super nice and helpful as always. The apartment is close to everything, Kata beach, supermarkets, restaurants, massage places, .... The bed was comfy with a big balcony, cutlery set in the room, a dressing table, a safe, a fridge, hairdryer, a rack to dry your cloths, a kettle, downstairs you can grab a mattress , umbrella ,towels for the beach. You can also rent a motorbike with a good price and get a taxi to the airport with the host. A perfect stay in Phuket.
The air-conditioning and fridge was a bit loud but didn't bother me, if you're a light sleeper, you might need to turn it off during the night.

-Everything was fantastic, the room was specious, clean, well equipped with a fridge, cutlery set, dressing table, coffee, tea, kettle, looks exactly like in the photos on the website -great mountain view, big balcony -walking distance to markets, supermarkets, Kata beach,many restaurants nearby -they have scooters for rent, they also provide mattresses ,towels for the beach -the host was extremely helpful and lovely -room got cleaned daily -great value for money -ill definitely stay there again next time
-some steps to climb but no big deal -air-con was a bit loud -no curtain in the shower so the floor got a bit wet
