Rooms are cosy, cleaned everyday, organized in nice simple small bungalows, some nicer situated than others, especially back part of the hotel around the smaller pool and away from the street is surrounded by lush and quiet garden (rooms 12a-16b).
Lots of cats in constant search of being stroked.
If you're working out on the "fitness street" and be mostly in that special bubble, the location is ideal. If you wanna go to beaches or city life, its a bit off.
Price was comperatively high, would try to negotiate directly for any longer stay.
Building substance ok but not latest standard (e. g. siphon was dropping water on the floor during first night, then they seemingly fixed it). Some windows not perfectly clean. Pools not totally perfect either, but okay and swimmable. After agreeing on extending my stay in the same room, the manager tried to put me in a different bigger but nosier room closer to the street. In the end we came to an agreement, but the back and forth was overshadowing part of my stay.

The staff were the loveliest people I came across in hotels (and very helpful as well). The restaurant is really good as well, and flexible with removing ingredients. Air conditioning worked well.
The hotel would benefit from a refit of their facilities. There is also room for improvement in their cleaning standards and frequency (e.g. we stayed in our room quite a lot, which stopped the staff from taking rubbish out and putting new toilet paper in (but the towels were always new, even though we didnt need that)). And we did have smth like a cockroach in the bathroom once

Flora Ville is a lovely place to stay and very handy for Tiger/fitness street. The staff are lovely, the food is great, the apartments spacious, nice pool, good coffee. 10 out of 10 from me!

Wonderful stay - enchanting gardens and pool area. Super friendly staff and owner very helpful when we had to have our bag delivered at 1 am ! Pizza was great and i know about pizza ! Breakfast was good too with healthy options.

The owner are very very friendly, she is always chatting with the guest. The staff is really good also, they looking after you all the time. The place is like heaven, right in the center of the training street, tiger is 1 min walk, unit is next door. Very convenient location.

Excellent location: next to Unit 27 and a hundred meters from Tiger Muay Thai, but my room was always quiet. Right across the street from a convenience store, and a half dozen restaurants within two minutes. The wifi and air conditioning worked very well for my entire stay. Very kind and attentive staff.
There was sometimes a line of tiny ants marching in my bathroom.

Was right next door to my training camp.
Plus it was located close to everything you could need.
Very friendly staff and of course Sandy the 3 legged cat.
Beautiful gardens, restaurant and pool.
Room was huge, comfortable and clean.
The room was a tiny bit dark, but that wasnt an issue.
