everything, great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view from our villa was incredible, a lot of restaurants were nearby, the coffee in the resort restaurant was really good, we had an amazing time there!!
the master bedroom bathroom has no door only curtain

The entire villa pool was good for children quite neighbourhood restaurants offer 10% discount for villa rentals kitchen was full with equipment coffee and tea station they even have a zoo in the facility
the people !! when you are in in your private pool , you will see people from other villas walking between villas to reach the beach , morning and night ,

The place was very beautiful , you feel that you are at your home , very cozy , quietness , very comfortable , I strongly recommend if you have a family to enjoy your time with them in swimming pool beach front The staff very friendly / supportive / helpful , exceed my expectation

Close to chalong pier, a convenient location to go island hopping. Some very good restaurants are at the front of the property and the next door is a large supermarket. The property itself is in an very nice forestry setting.
There were mosquitoes coming into the room through the gaps of the wooden door frames. We did use the electric mosquito repellent provided and didn't have too much problems.

Two bedroom villa was new, nice furniture, good kitchen
Toilets doesnt flush properly, windows not isolated so you hear everything from outside and the new villas are near resorts zoo with roosters, they start screaming at 5am so no sleep possible!
Location not really good, need to rent a car if want to go somewhere cause resort is in the middle of nowhere.
quite expensive villas and we experienced very rude service at our last day. No understanding and help for us with a 2 years old toddler who needed sleep before 16 hours flight home, they threw us out of the villa in the heat at 12 pm and didnt let our baby sleep for two hours more, no compromise no understanding only asking for more money if we want to extend our stay for 3 hours! never experienced anything like that

The 16 of us stayed at Fisherman Beach 10 bedroom garden villa and had the best time! The experience from check in to check out was smooth. Thom, our villa manager, made sure we were looked after and helped us every single way. She was pleasant, had great English and went above and beyond. The place was clean, pool was big and each room had individual keys and own ensuite. We used Grab to travel everywhere so didn't care too much for the location. Great coffee place near by. Would stay again!
If I have to note something, the rooms are on the smaller size but the whole villa was big and spacious.

We stayed in like a Hansel & Gretall type 1 bed cottage in the grounds which we both fell in love with , so cute & only a 3 min walk to the inlet, which is not a beach but the views across from the infinity pool was lovely.
No beach/pool bar open , it looked like there was one so maybe because covid it's never opened again .
