Great location in central Phuket Town. Exceptional staff; very polite and professional.
We learned mattresses in much of Thailand are not as soft as found in the US. This hotel's bed was much more comfortable than others' we experienced, so no complaints (just an observation).

Best historical building in the who city. Must stay in the front rooms double glazed for the party pub opposite which eliminates most of the noise the back rooms dont have the same rapport
You have to use the steps as the lift is restricted to your luggage only which really needs addressing
Breakfasts are very basic and I believe are made somewhere else and warmed up which is crazy
Also need to get teapots out for the tea drinkers! And serve with cold milk

Beautiful hotel. Lovely, spacious room with very large comfortable bed. Fantastically friendly and helpful staff. The cafe in reception looked great although we didn't get to try the coffee.
There was a lot of traffic noise from the street but only during the afternoon.
The breakfast was really poor: the buffet consisted of 3 cereals, a few pieces of watermelon and pineapple and some bread. The egg we had been asked to preorder the day before was cold and overcooked. And the coffee was awful.

The location of the hotel is excellent. On arrival, the staff looked after us and ensured check-in was seamless so as to allow us into our room in a timely manner as we were tired from our travels. The room itself was perfect - very spacious, large bed, efficient aircon system, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was also a big plus - the ladies serving were efficient and friendly. Overall, we had a brilliant stay in this lovely hotel and would stay again if returning to Phuket.

The location is fantastic, if your a foodie! Walkable distance to loads of amazing food places (if you havent mastered the scooter yet). Staff are extremely helpful and friendly!
Everything was great, no complaints, we were on the 4th floor with lift for luggage only. So if you cant do stairs maybe ask for a room lower down.
